    This is Marsha, RN. I’m 58 and have kind of always exercised but just started Sprint-8 maybe once a week w a strengthening class. I just pulled my hamstring today for the SECOND time (last time was about 2 mo ago) . I’m frustrated but checking out the gradual exercise progression has me hopeful! Thank you!

    I’ve gotten PRP platelet Rich Plasma in my knees and feet. Really helps the knees the most.

    Ive also done Prolotherapy along with PRP.
