Sure this was great for other PTs but this was far to technical for a regular runner. Didn't get much by way of what to do except go to a good PT and get an evaluation + treatment.
easy runs pain free ? tempo pace or interval runs are painful in the high hamstring and into the glute muscles. after running sitting hurts extremely bad. it feels as though the sit bone is sitting on a flared up nerve that is like being stabbed by a knife. I wake up and it hurts to walk and get going. warming up the first kilometer or two takes a whie but then its hit or miss if it;ll be a challenging run with mechanic. Most runs feel like everything is locked up tight. very difficult to turn the legs over smoothly. 8 months now
