there's honestly alot ppl dont know about bw and bw2 or cant really do anymore, its only after the downgrades we been getting since the move to 3d ppl are staring to appreciate gen 5 after unnecessarily hating on it for so long, I still think the series peaked at bw2, they gave the Unova region so much life

Idk I didn’t like the variety of mons available at the start of black. I don’t think if figured out pinwheel forest so I just used my starter for the first three gyms and stopped playing because the game kept forcing me to get side tracked (just wanted to gym rush) now I’m more interested in the stories because I’ve gotten bored with the ones I know. Rom hacks got boring. I turned to Unova for help and Unova has delivered I really like this game I can’t figure out what I really didn’t like
Black and white was the day man, I remember playing it when I was a kid and loving it to death, years later I’ve just ordered a new ds and black and white, so ready to take a trip down nostalgia road
I never understood why people hated on Gen 5 so much. I started playing Pokémon from the OG games when I was a 2 year old (I was smart back then I guess) and when I played the games, I thought they were really fun and I liked the story. It was nice too because I was 11 when B/W dropped and then almost 13 when B2/W2 dropped. I actually remember being so excited for the game’s announcement back in 4th grade that I ended up making flyers and distributed them to my classmates about the games because I wanted friends to play with HAHAHA. (It didn’t work.) But they were nice because I was getting older and having a teenage character felt more relatable. I’ve been replaying the games recently, and as a young adult now, I still feel like I can relate to the characters more because their older. I played basically all the games after Gen 5 too and stopped at Legends of Arceus because the graphics are garbage. Then seeing how awful Scarlet and Violet were, it’s really going to have to take a good game to make me purchase future titles. I don’t even want them to make a Gen 5 remake because with how badly they botched Diamond and Pearl, they’re going to just make them complete garbage.
Pokémon black 2 was the first Pokémon game I put a crazy amount of time into, I had just over 600 hours but recently restarted my save file. Though never finding a single shiny in any game before, very quickly in my new save file on black 2, I found a shiny lilypup, man, I can’t even explain how that made me feel.
Oh I remember the victini event, it remains one of my favorite mythicals to this day not just because of nostalgia, but the fact that its backstory is so mysterious, being connected to the legendary dragons and possibly having to do with their disassembly. Love that mon!

There is also two completely separate action replay codes for pokemon black and white to give the Liberty ticket pass. I did not test out the codes to see if they work or not for various different reasons, maybe because I have the actual cartirage for the event myself.
@@joshernsteen2066 You can also just do the DNS exploit to get all the past Mystery Event Pokemon/Items.
@@tr4sh37 That might be true for Gen 5, but still it would take a lot longer to get the event item. The event key item is available to find to download online as an individual mystery gift item, but I do not necessarily trust the source of where it came from.
@@joshernsteen2066 Well unless you have an action replay device the DNS is everyone's best and cheapest way to get it. Might take longer but worth it to get all the missed events. wdym you don't trust the source? It's as safe as using an action replay lol. Many people have used the DNS exploit already me included.
I knew all of these, but thats because Gen 5 was my most played Region. I almost completed the White 2 pokedex, but I couldn't find a Gothorita no matter what, and I didn't have a second DS to trade one from Black. :c

Funny thing is, I knew of Zoroark's existence because I got one as a Mystery Gift in Black 1 lol
basically if you didn't talk to all of the npcs in the game you wouldn't know half of the stuff he's mentioning not "99% didnt know this" Literally the first 5 mins was just stuff i knew about and i basically speed ran black and white compared to the avg player.
im pretty sure you dont need to complete the national dex to get the fossils in twist mountain, you may just need to beat the game once

Man, Magicarp for $500 is a steal, if pokeballs are $300, that's a $200 Magicarp, a Pokemon that evolves into Gyarados, witch can hard carry. $200 for a hard carry is pretty solid.

You can still get some event pokemon like Victini someone set up a server so you can download them including the ticket to get Victini as well.
All you have to do is change your 3ds DSN number to the server number and disable auto dsn obtain and you can get it.
Can you explain this a little more or give a website? I just started replaying black and would like to get those Pokemon again.

This was such a cool vid, and brought back a lot of fond memories for me, from playing gen 5. I would love a part 2, especially if it includes the Celestial Tower post game side quest in B2W2 that not a lot of people seem to know about. This 99% of players did not know about Pokémon ____ series is really interesting and fun to watch!

It’s sad that we will never get Pokémon games like this again. The main reason I don’t want these games remade is you know they will ruin them like diamond and pearl. Scarlet and violet can’t hold a candle to these games.

Watching this video kinda pissed me off bc I remembered the Pokémon black 2 I got when it released back in the day and I had over 2500+ hours, national dex completed, all the event Pokémon, and so many shinies but I lost the cartridge and went insane man
If anyone doesn't know. it is still possible to get Victini now you need to use your mobile data and change DNS settings there is videos out there. Even the other events are 100% possible
I’m so upset they took away global trading. I remember I got the shiny genesect from a trade when I was at recess in 5th grade. There’s a lot people missed out on too
