WOW! ANOTHER fantastic build! The bandsaw dowel maker is simply awesome! The flip stop that snaps into the fence, well, that is just typical of the genius creating this content 😆. EVERY other "content creator" cries about store bought stops having slop... but YOU, you just make one that blows them away. EXCELLENT work!! You should create and sell that entire sled setup online ... You WILL make a killing! Thank you again for sharing your creative genius with us all!
Dude doesn't have a lathe but can laser engrave his own rulers. 😂 Great job. This is on the to make list. Love the solutions makers come up with when a specific tool isn't available.
Tak, Carpen! (in Danish: Tak = Thank you :o) And what an amazing jig, and so much to learn from watching your videos. Always a pleasure to see what great idea you've come up with, the precision in your work, and the always beautiful result. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 of 5) to you from Denmark 👍

I like this sled, and the way you made the parts, great. Iwould like to have a go at this one, but not sure on dimensions, do you have any plans? Also love the work you do
This is a really brilliant design, like others have commented! Could you share what your dimensions of the sled pieces are? It looks like maybe 470mm square for the big one and maybe 100 by 470 for the one to the right of the blade? I'd love to make one! Thanks in advance!
Hello my friend, you do great things for your workshop and I really like your additions and modifications to the table saw. Are you satisfied with the DEWALT and would you choose it again? Can you tell me the type of table saw you have? I'm looking for a good new one. Thanks and greetings Michael
hello. My friend, my table saw is DWE7492. I don't know about other brands as I haven't tried them. However, I am satisfied and I think that Dewalt is good even if I buy a new one. Then see you in a better video. Thank you.
Отличная работа! А мне проще упор на 3д принтере напечатать, чем из дерева и алюминия делать. Не так красиво, зато одинаково, практично. На всех сверлилках по несколько штук поставил и серийная отсверловка стала проще.
awesome useful sled. What is the size of the t-track? What is the size of the ttrack router bit and why did 't you directly use it and first made groove with table saw?
It is a t-track with a width of 8mm. The first thing I do with a table saw is to extend the life of the router bit. If I just work on it, the router bits will have a shorter lifespan. It also increases the precision of the T-track. Thanks
@@carpentak wow. thank you very much for your answer and tip. I think 8mm is the top layer groove for M8, what is the bottom layer groove width? I think 8mm - 12,5mm is good for the hammer heads and clamps that you use.
I worked with precision, so when I pulled the fence and secured it, I got an exact 90 degree angle. Of course, it is good to check it once using a 90 degree ruler before use.
@@danav4810 The distance between the grooves does not matter. Dig a groove at a suitable line. In order to set the right angle of the guide fence, the most important thing is the position of the locking knob close to the cutting line on the right. The handle shaping, ingenious. A no-brainer once you see it, but i wouldn't have thought of that.
I love the design, similar concept to the Incra crosscut mitre sled.

Good Job. One question: the table only runs into one channel - is it stable enough ?
A single table is also possible, but two tables are much better. Make it two if possible.
Do you have plans available for the jigs you make?
