Hello Bro A very nice job, thumbs up. I really like your plans and purchased some of them, i have succeeded in creating some of them and failed with the others. Is it possible to sell this sled u created, i am not sure i am able to create a precise one lime you did. If yes please let me know the price. Thanks in advance
For me the best One! you have thought a lot about the benefits and implemented them in a clever product. You are either an engineer or a product manager. what is it? Greetings from Germany
This is a table saw sled design to end all table saw sled designs. Thank you for this. Will be getting your plans and will attempt to recreate it as best as my skill level allows.
Very impressive work. I'm seriously considering spending the next seven years of my life trying to build it myself. Eres un espectáculo. Saludos desde Colonia.
Not much to say. Never in my life have I watched a better job. And that , for both design, execution and video. CONGRATULATIONS, keep up the good work cause you inspire us all
Absolutely brilliant, Suso!! You seem to have thought of everything. This sled design has so many great ideas built in! I love how it stores right below the saw! This is definitely the best crosscut sled/build/video I’ve seen. Brilliant design, meticulous build, excellent video production.
i follow a bunch of the best wood working minds, Mathias Wandel, Stumpy nubs, i like to make stuff, etc.. but let me tell you, This table saw is one of the best DIY build I have seen so far.. it is a project any wood worker should love to build..... Congratulations man... Excellent.
I watch this video every few months because it's THAT inspiring. I have a DeWalt similar to this one and love it. I remember watching New Yankee Workshop early in its existence. Norm did an episode on Table saws and what you need depending on what you were going to do. As he progressed through the different saws and got to the most expensive one he said "With this saw you can really start to make some fine furniture" or something along those lines. I hope he's since seen this video.
The whole project is awe inspiring! This is the first set of videos I watch from you, and I'm so impressed. You make everyone else seem like an amateur. Keep up the great work!
You are the best my friend. Please consider posting videos of your actual woodworking projects. I love these videos, but I'd love to see the sort of things you make.
Ciao, complimenti !!! Bravo!!!
That sliding table top was impressive. I think the sled is just icing on the cake. I was more interested in your other tools than the building process. Very impressive shop.
If anything could be beyond awesome for table saw attachments, this would be it. I especially liked the super long extended arm for the cross-sled fence. What came to mind was at the end of the extended fence attachment, place a small piece of table material underneath to prevent tipping of the work piece. Love the video... liked and subscribed.
2:26 yes I have this saw as well - there's always a 'jerk' to the side from the motor starting so powerfully. Plays havoc with my sled kerf - you came up with an excellent solution
On your design there is no facility to adjust the sled for square: the fence is simply screwed onto the base - I assume using the squareness of the mitre slots to ensure the acurracy of the sled. Do you find you get perfectly square cuts with this method? Great video. You are, without any doubt, one of the best designer / makers on YoueTube.
As always, an excellent job that suggests a lot of love for this craft! I hope you train young people and pass this calling on to many! Thanks for these videos!
I am impressed by this design and the precision of its execution - extremely well done - you are a master of your craft 🙏 I will definitely buy your blueprint and try to recreate the part 👌
Considering English is not your first language you explain the whole build process perfectly and with ease. As for the whole building process of your bench right down to the jig it's a brilliant product and going to be a fantastic addition for anybodies workshop!!! As always buddy 💯% 👍 🇬🇧.
Great project and video! There are so many interesting details. Having a slot for the removable inserts to slide out through the back fence for example. Your method for shortening bolts is so simple yet effective - just screw it through a board and cut off the excess nice and square. I really like the way your fences attach to the edge of the base, kind of like a big rabbet. The only catch is that you have to have a way to cut a perfect 90 degree angle in advance so that the fence is perfectly square.
This is great, the best saw sled I have seen so far, I do have another favourite but this is a bit nicer, It is a shame i can't buy ply here that is as nice as what you have there. I love that top ply surface. Thank you for sharing.
Impeccable. You do impeccable work. I got an idea watching this build. The adjustable, zero clearance inserts could be cut with a slight angle on the outside edges, with an opposing angle cut on the mating edge of the rabbet in which they fit in. So, the user would slide them forward or backward to loosen or tighten to the blade. The screw slots would need to be in line with the direction of travel, of course. This is the FIRST time I have ever seen an opportunity for a design tweak with one of your builds, as yours are quite thorough. Now, maybe you considered this design and found a reason why it would not be beneficial. It is only an idea at this point, and not proven to work. Thanks for letting us into your shop for another fabulous build! Yours are to be aspired to, for sure. Cheers!
@@Paoson_Woodworking Yes! Give me a day or so to get it drawn up. My method is pencil and paper. I can scan and email to you. It would be my pleasure! Will go to your website for email address? (I'm so bad at this, haha)

It's a great sled overall, but I hit the like button the second I saw the storage place under the saw for it ❤
Respect my friend, you are a true craftman, an artificer.

Amazing. You make other wood working videos on RUclips look like 8th grade shop projects .

In my opinion, this is THE BEST design for a contractor table saw bench system on RUclips, bar none. Including accessories and add-ons.
