Do you know if there's a way to pull random gifs from a keyword search from the web? For example: a random cat gif? So I don't have to fill a folder with images.
Would this work with a video file? I'd like a gif and a sound to play at the same time for the reward, so I have my files as mp4s but it doesn't seem to be working. Is there an option that could do that?
Hmm I'm not sure to be honest! You might be able to do this slightly different by uploading each gif and related sound and then attaching them to a group. But I'm not sure. It's worth playing around with, but would be a different setup to what I've done here.
I'm not sure if you've come across this and could help but when I do read random line from fil it does so until it runs through the images at random and then a broken image file shows up instead. It's like it can't pull the image after it's already been pulled for some reason? Any tips on how to fix this?
I've used gifs that are free to use with a transparent background so far. As long as you have permission to use it and it's an image format it should work. Let me know how you get on 😊
I'm using this same method but rather than using GIFs, I'm using images... the problem is that the images come up far too large and zoomed in and I'm not sure how to fix that.
You should first resize the image files to the same size for all of them, for example 1920x1080 or 800x600, so that they'll all show up in the same size. Then, you can set the source size in OBS like the video shows you, and then all those images will be within that frame. (You can have it in different sizes per scene, if you have multiple scenes). If that doesn't work, you can also play around with the image sizes in Mix It Up, see @5:44 where it says "height" and "width". Good luck!
pls do a million more mix it up tutorials :3 i loved this vid!
Thanks so much!
An awesome tutorial! Thank you! I was able to do so much after watching!

I'm sure there is but is not something I've personally explored.
hello! can you use the same technique for other alerts? (ie: subscriptions, raids, etc.) xx
Hey! I'm sure that's possible yes! It's worth having a play around to test it out for sure 😀

Hiya! I
You can but I haven't tried it myself. I've seen others using this to select random best Twitch clips on command in this same way 🙂
Is there a way I could do this but have it read a URL for a song?
Can you add audio to each randomly selected gif?

I've not encountered this sorry :O hopefully it was just temporary for you and now it's sorted?
Do the gifs need to be custom or will any gif over the internet work.
