After living in Málaga capital for 7 years, I couldn’t agree with you more! Nice climbs, good roads (watch out for the sand and gravel!), great views, good food, accommodating drivers and welcoming Spaniards- all good!!!
Totally agree. My wife was running the Malaga marathon a few weeks ago and I rented a bike for a couple of days. It’s a perfect city, the weather in December was great and easy access to beautiful quiet roads for cycling.
A few years ago i did bikepacking from Amsterdam to Gibraltar, and the highlights were definitely east of Guadalajara, and southern Spain especially Sierra de Cardeña, Montoro, Ronda, Teba. Fantastic area for cycling and a lot of great places to stay
It´s nice to read that you liked it too :) we heard that north from Córdoba it´s nice for bikes too, and for MTBs. But we didn't have the pleasure to try it yet :)
I’ve been visiting Andalusia for several years. I’m lucky to have a good friend who owns an AirBnB in Arriate which is a beautiful White Village close to Ronda. I love the cycling, culture and cuisine and will be returning each year for as long as I can.
heh, sounds like you know the area :) However, we were just there at a really good time shortly after the rains, which caused the big flooding. So it was really juicy green everywhere
Cycled there 2 years ago, wonderful experience, only around Marbella is busy traffic. 1000m climb to Ronda was very nice, not easy, but fun going down. P.S. The tarmac was better than in Mallorca.
Cycled in 60 countries. Medellin . Chiang Mai . Tuscany . Flanders . Texas . ... Andalusia is the best in the world for cycling. Weather. Roads. Cycling culture. Respectful drivers. Tell me a place that beats it.
Yeah, the advantage of Mallorca is that it offers flat area for easy rides as well as mountains. However, I prefer the beauty of mountains, so my choice is here ☺️
Thanks for the great review of this amazing cycling region! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Beautifull place i need to there sometimes
Qué buen video has hecho, acompasando las imágenes con tu voz y el ritmo del pedaleo. Muy muy bueno.
Muchas Gracias, Estoy feliz que te gusta :)

@o-van I think my favourite part was Jadraque to Tarancón, castles, beautiful roads, valleys with tropical plants, twisting corners and lavender farms
@ oh, I didn't know they have lavender farms there. That sounds great.
Very nice video of stunning Andalucia with poetic comments. Thanks for sharing your voyages. Regards from Switzerland, Silvano
Thank you, Silvano, enjoy your southern winter trip!
Wow. This video deserves 1 million views. Excellent all around. Thanks.
Thank you so much ☺️
FANTASTIC that we have you!
Stunning

We haven't been to this village but it seems lovely. And offers a whole other set of cycling routes
Love the computer enhanced green landscape shots at various points. It is a brown burnt wasteland of olive trees most of the year.

Glad this video came up on my feed. We fly out to Malaga at the weekend, for our first cycling trip out there.
yea, that's exciting! Enjoy your stay! :)
Spain is a great country to visit.

Thanks for pointing that out! we have definitely not cycled in so many countries but are glad that we can experience the best corner :)

@@o-van Thanks!! 👍🏻
Andalucia and Malaga exactly are much more for Cycling than Mallorca. A lot of more mountains and few people.
