Asia is full of ghost cities built by China that are empty to this day. Why is this construction different? Why won't this also be a ghost city? China has a reputation for shoddy construction? How long before these buildings start to crumble?

They're investment cities , so warehouses are built, jobs create a demand for housing near the location of employment. Many of those "ghost cities" are now populated it's not 2006 anymore bro. I lived in China. They're full. Basic economics. The difference is government weren't building those cities they were privately funded
