    Among the 3 (Williams, Brooksfield and Wolfbrook), Brooksfield is always the recommended delevoper. Their projects are head turner because of the design.

    I see Brooksfield have engaged Ben Pentreath a well-regarded architect from England - who specialises in heritage developments in the UK, Poundbury in Dorset, for example - to design some projects. It would be good to see them take on some high-end projects in premium locations for the owner-occupier market - a Halo effect for marketing purposes.

    Hi do you have any recommendations which townhouse property Inc we must go for. Just conducting an intial research before moving to christchurch and buy a house/townhouse.

    They're HOMES! Not investment properties. Investors need to stick to their McMansions.
