    I have been doing this exercise for 3 months now for 3 times a week.. i am so happy for the result.. indeed its effective as long you are consistent and on diet.. love your exercises susana.. 😘😘

      Doing two sets of this with three times a week cardio and keto OMAD.. because I am overweight, so far it's working. But when start to eat a lot of carbs.. i get very bloated and then back to square one :(

    This is a great workout to reduce belly pooch, i do this along with isometric planks & hipdips. Guaranteed results!

      You got the results..please will you help me with doubts... While doing these i have pain in legs only.. Why I'm not feeling effect on belly?... Please guide me

      @@parminderbhullar1697 keep doing it, the pain in the legs will go away once the body gets used to these workouts, however if u have some medical issue in the legs then please avoid. The belly should feel some cramps post workout, check if you are doing it in the right posture. Don't give up!

    I have been doing this for over a month and with HIIT too im noticing my abs start to appear, it works but you have to be consistent

      @ shradha what I eat plays a major role in reducing pcod don't take oily foods and maintain ur ideal weight have proper sleep n positive thoughts
      Help u frm this I suffered this pblm frm 2yrs I knw how it feels n workout fr 1hr is mandatory 👍

    hi susana...blv u me i ve seen alot of videos from alot of differnt trainers but i did stick to ur videos..ur exercises are fun to do n realy difrnt amazing..and i like ur backgrounds n the way u present videos.its not typicl room or a gym..wonderful places..realy like u n ur work
