I’m a beginner and I’ve gotten mine open several times but I don’t feel like I can do it on purpose which is frustrating. It was good to see a video with someone else taking some time. Made me feel better.
I have a 150 that has been giving me some grief. Have opened it a few times but not consistently. I saw a video where someone gutted one and it did have at least one serrated pin in it.
The 150 is for sure a step up from the 140! I did not know they could have serrations in them! I do also have a video for the 150, but my biggest tip for that lock if you are struggling, but have opened it, would be to focus on trying to understand the binding order.
I have a 141, is it similar to the 140 with spools? I have opened this lock once, but I think it was more luck it then skill. I figured that I was being too aggressive and likely over set it
I should have trusted my short hook, but its important to make sure you are using the right tool for the lock! Be creative, and keep trying.

I was getting ready to ask the discord about this lock, I'm having difficulties. Good stuff
i was having trouble with one of these for a couple days, a bobby pin ended up being what finally helped me pick it for me lol
Excellent video, I’m working on learning spool pins myself. Keep up the great work!!
Hello, very nice vid' that help me a lot, continue the good stuff and good luck for the next one !
Thanks!

In my experience the 141s do not have spools
Just use a comb on the back of your turning tool😂
Comb pick it dude
Sure, but then you learn nothing to help you move on to locks that you can't comb pick
Rakes
and these locks don’t have spoons in them
There are versions of this lock that don't. This is not one of them. You can see from the counter rotation of the turning tool.
