Hi Victor.....This sample essay doesnt appear in three different headings of 150 words each as seen in the guidance note. There are only three paragraphs with about 70words each.

The Case Fellowship (on human rights) is for Nigerians, however I think Nigerians can also apply for main fellowship for Africans as well.

of a course: C28 MSc in Human Rights UCD.
Is the programme code for this course 'C28UCD'?
Remember that you don't have to apply to the universities directly. You'll be invited to do so after you scale through the scholarship stages.
Also, Nigerians can apply for both the African Fellowship and the Casement Fellowship as opposed to previous years.

I'm a Nigerian and studied Civil Engineering. Can I apply for courses related to my field of study or it's just for those who studied courses related to human rights?
The Casement Fellowship is specifically for human rights. But Nigerians can also apply for the African Fellowship which covers several fields. In your case, you are applying for AF not CF.
