Sir, I have sent cold mail to potential supervisor who said my work is interesting but unfortunately has too many graduate students. She later sent my details to the research committee. I just received a mail from them stating I should submit my CV, transcript, English proficiency and three research topics in their page that interest me. Can I go ahead to register considering all this?

The scholarships shown in the video are for research masters and PhD. An MBA is not a research degree.

And please on the application portal for Master of Research in Business, it is stated that, when you are applying to the faculty of Science and Engineering, Faculty of Arts or Macquarie Business School, finding a potential supervisor is not a prerequisite to acceptance or non-acceptance into an GR degree
