Thanks a lot, sir but a bit confused do I have to apply for only joint master's programmes that offer mobility trucks? Because the other usual programmes don't have the mobility truck. Thanks
@@trendingstyle1690 Their reply Hi there, Thank you for reaching out with your question. You can apply for any Master's programme offered by one of our nine universities, including joint programmes that offer mandatory mobility, but it is not compulsory to apply for programmes that integrate a mobility. Regarding the mobility, I can provide you the following general information, but please check with the university where you intend to do your Master's for specific information, as their regulations will govern your mobility: -Students selected for the Arqus Talent Scholarship must complete at least one mobility period at a second Arqus partner university. The minimum duration of the mobility period is 1 month. The maximum duration depends on the regulations of the university where you intend to do your Master's. -When you apply for the scholarship, we do not ask you to prove that you have fully planned your mobility period. What we do ask you to do is to have an idea of how mobility to a second Arqus university can be integrated into your study programme, in which form you will undertake your mobility (study period, training, research stay) and at which university(ies) you would like to complete it. This should be explained in your letter of motivation. It is very advisable to have several mobility alternatives in case your first mobility idea eventually does not work out. -Indicating more than one mobility university is optional. However, note that planning for multiple stays will be positively evaluated. -Remember that your mobility stay cannot be EU-funded; i.e. mobility periods funded under Erasmus or other EU funding sources will not be allowed (this would lead to double financing as our scholarship is already EU-funded). -An online orientation session with information on compulsory mobility and the Arqus Ambassadors programme will be organised for all successful applicants in September, where we will try to clear up any doubts you may have. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Good luck with your application 😊. Best regards, Celia
