    I just found your channel about a week ago , loving the content and how down to earth you seem . You seem like what we all need more of these days . Good honest people not looking to screw someone else over. I hope you keep cranking out videos

      Thank you, appreciate that. I’m glad to hear you enjoy the videos! Just curious how’d you find my channel was it the other Rmax video I did?

      @@rockspowersports To be honest one of your videos just popped up one day in my youtube recommended to watch videos . It was one of your older repair videos too , I have been watching different Atv , sxs and RZR maintance videos the last little while so maybe that’s why youtube sent me one of your videos .

    That’s a nice machine. My old commander was ridiculously loud and very hot in the cab. I installed heat\sound barrier on the underside of the plastics covering the engine and the whole floor . It was a lot of work but made a noticeable difference . Enjoy your new ride. 👍.

    • @rockspowersports
      @rockspowersports  6 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah the older Commander/ maverick’s were loud. I’d say this is just as loud but doesn’t produce the heat that the maverick did.

    I had to adjust my 2021 grizzly xtr tie rods. Same issue as you are having. Hold handlebars to the left to go straight. Couple straight edges (6’ levels) and a tape measure and we’re all set. I bought it new and never noticed it until this year. Don’t remember hitting anything hard, but my wife has been driving it some since I bought a 2nd atv….

    • @rockspowersports
      @rockspowersports  6 месяцев назад +1

      When in doubt, blame the wife haha!
      I’m sure it’s just an alignment problem, I’ll check it out soon.

    I was in lake Havasu, Arizona and saw people wearing intercoms in the 4 seaters driving around on the streets, is it really that loud inside! mmmm Thundercat just sitting there, calling my name, I hear you kitty, someday when the 400L is done with me. The Center display has lots of useful info! nice!

    • @rockspowersports
      @rockspowersports  6 месяцев назад +1

      It really is that loud, at 30 miles an hour you need to yell loud to talk to the passenger. Going slower through the trails is tolerable though. Those 400L’s are good wheelers, I’ve had a few and still have one but needs to be fixed up.

    • @Kingsoupturbo
      @Kingsoupturbo 6 месяцев назад

      @@rockspowersports I looked it up, and people do complain a lot about the Rmax being loud. I saw a guy put a 2nd muffler on and claiming it made it a lot quieter, and \or putting some sound insulation down, with my kids in there I wouldn't want it so loud for sure sitting at 6000rpm etc. The 400L is capable, but keeps having so many age related issues, every ride in the mountains I take it in, it always seems to break down, I just keep fixing it though. The Yamaha is pretty nice, really nice, and, its a Yamaha!

    I'd rather have a quad or just go to a jeep. There is nothing about this vid that makes me want a sxs.

    • @rockspowersports
      @rockspowersports  6 месяцев назад

      If I’m riding by myself I prefer an ATV but with the family this rigs pretty nice. We have a lot of dedicated atv/sxs trails that jeeps aren’t aloud on.

      @rockspowersports Not a criticism, just a personal opinion. I completely understand they are good for the family. Didn't think about the trail restrictions. Less of an issue here in British Columbia.
