Man silver dimes feel like they are extinct and only worth a few bucks man hope I find some soon and please pray me and my brother find lots silver halves because we only found one 40% ever. Weve gone through lots of boxes as well. The 40% is a 1966 P and an ender! We wont open it because its our first silver and a big milestone!!!❤❤❤
I haven’t found any rare bills lately but I found an 1858 Flying Eagle Cent in the Coinstar yesterday!!!! That goes with my 1942S walking liberty half dollar I found in the coin star on July 30!!!!
Yeah, really. I can’t believe it myself. Best Coinstar luck I’ve had ever. Also got a 1968D half with the older one and I got a 1963D dime Aug 7 too. I wish could send a picture: The penny rolls from the bank haven’t been that great for me lately. My father found an 1858 cent in our old farm driveway over 50 years ago so now I got 2 of them.
Great star note hunt congratulations on getting 10 star notes and a 1963 b bill I'm glad you found that bill I'm sitting here watching this video I'm thinking I've got a 63 b barr note too thanks for sharing Rob
Fun hunt, Rob. Thanks for posting. I also just found a Barr note in a strap, from Kansas City, MO. Grabbed some ones from a bank right down the hill from the KC federal reserve and their money museum.
In your next bill search video, could you maybe explain a bit more about what makes rare star notes rare? You always mention the print run and total print size, but I don't know what that means. 😅
thanks for all the great information as always! i happened upon 4 1963 $1 notes a couple weeks ago and stashed them with my other random bill collection. and when you found the Barr note i did a double take and remembered i found a few 1963s. turns out i have one 1963b Barr note! thanks to you, now i know!!
I’m glad you’re finding rare bills, I got $300 singles recently from wells fargo and got NOTHING! No star notes, cool serial numbers, or bills older than 1995. It was a brutal strap hunt
I couldn't find chat live. You got a lot of star notes and 1 Barr note. I have 3 of my own. I want to say, that you're coming back too soon. Heal fast my friend.😮
My grandma was going through her money to give to my mom for food, I saw a beat up looking bill and asked to see it, and it was a Joseph W Barr note, similar condition to the one you found, still very excited
In the 60's and 70's my uncle had thousands of them. All only worth $1. House got broken into and they were all stolen. If he had put it a retirement account he would have had tens of thousands of dollars.
@@craigplatel813 yeah. My uncle said they were worth $2-4 bucks each way back then. This was back when I was in high school so late 90’s early 2000’s. He gave me several. Not sure whatever came of them though today. His or mine.
One star note to keep an eye for is the 2017A E series notes. The serial number has to be between 03200001-03450000. I think total printed is 500k and print run is 250k. Found one a while ago and it’s a tough star note to get. Hopefully you score a rare one like that one day. Take care
Someone handed me another Barr Note last week to spend for groceries! I couldn’t believe it! I still swapped it out even though mine in my album is crisp!
4:51 -- You had a "lifetime" note, with the serial number representing the dates 1942-1969, in honor of someone who was born in 1942 but died at age 27 in 1969.
I used to work in vending and I looked at all the coins and notes. I have all different BEP Barr notes, but not all the star notes. My prized possesion I had to sell was the 1996 series B star note error with mismatched serial numbers. I'm sick to my stomach I had to sell it. Yes there is proof, it is video taped on my YT channel.
Rob, back in the 60's my mother went to the bank, brought back brand NEW 25 consecutive # BARR NOTES. I still have them. What's their worth today, 65 yrs later. re
I wish I could be as lucky as finding silver coins in circulation as I am Barr notes. I have found 3 star Barr notes and 2 regular Barr notes in circulation but alas only one silver war nickel.
Hello, i just got my first microscope and im trying to learn how to search for different DDOs and DDRs, do you have anything to recommend reading to help out? I know about variety vista and I’ve been using that.
I got a note that has two different color greens for the serial numbers the bottom left one is lighter normal green and the upper top is a darker green. Anything special with that?
How in the crap is that rare they made 458,880.000 barr notes now they are harder to find in circulation but not rare my friend do you do research before posting your information
It's rare due to the collectability and the fact that most of these are hoarded in collections. Maybe he should have used the word "collectable" instead of "rare" and your panties wouldn't have gotten in such a twist.

Hi Rob
Shouldve kept that birthday note, its WW1 and could be a death day note instead
Was there a big event 04 05 1918 ? Maybe too old for a birthday but an event anniverssry?
Not that I found, but always worth a look!
