So many doubters who assume Keon Coleman is a finished product. This kid is a worker. Let's see where he is in three years.
I think most people’s issue is waiting 3 years for a player to develop is the meat of josh’s prime (27-32)
I love Coleman, I’m not somebody who’s down on him, I’m just saying that “wait 3 years for our top pick!!” Is what’s making people mad
Keon Coleman will be a great addition to the team, Spread the ball around to the man that's open, instead of just trying to feed Diggs should help the Bills finally win the SUPER BOWL !!!!!!
Coleman had the absolute best catching hands of all wr
He has basketball speed, his jumping ability and quick feet, is amazing. He play D1 basketball this guy is a freak athlete
If you guys did shows covering players from other teams along with the Bills you would have 300k members fr... If you covered someone like the Cowboys you'd have 100k easy. We're lucky to get this shit
Thank you! That means a lot!
@@Cover1 I've searched tons of football channels of our opponents or just in general and some NY or Cowboys site has 6 figures and they just rattle on and don't even break down film. That stupid Dolphin fan TylerTSports or something like that has over 100k just screaming that the Dolphins will beat the Bills
Best sports commentary anywhere on football. Crazy that we have them for the Bills.
Saw him play at MSU, he used his size, seemed like he was never on the ground
when he made a catch. Biggest thing he's coachable cant wait to see him after NFL
trainers get more muscle on him. He's only 20 my friend kept growing until he was
22...he can get faster with muscle like Josh did.
I was nervous about a contested catch guy as well but Allen lobbying for him definitely eased my concerns. He obviously seems a skill set that he thinks he can work with.
I was waiting for this analysis. Always appreciate you guys taking the time to make this content for us all to enjoy
He has the same athletic profile as Michael Thomas(eerily similar, I might add).Their height weight and wing span are nearly identical as well.
That would be phenomenal
But the saints had deep threats when Thomas was working his best. We don’t have that speed on the roster
@@MillerDPOY2024Curtis Samuel is a speed guy. I'm excited to see how they use him.
@MillerDPOY2024 Also Thomas was the best in the league before the injuries, and let's not forget he no longer had Drew Brees. That part...
We have tons of speed guys, shakir Samuels shorter is all speed and coleman and Holland is big jump ball guys. Coleman is a Gabe Davis replacement and he's a upgrade there
Thank you guys. Had a rough night tonight. I appreciate your dedication to keep us happy. Erik, I used to message you about my password on FB about my $5 cover 1 membership. So happy for you guys and you have no idea.... Sometimes talking about football, you have helped many. I am one of them.
Lol before AQ, Nate geary, Greg T
That first step after the screen on 3rd and 1 is quiiiiiiiiiiick
He’s was hurt at FSU. His QB Jordan Travis was dinged up too even before his season ending injury.
The clemson Game vs. wiggins was tough for him to just run by him. that's a 4.28 dude. The TD was on the backup after wigginf was injured
U can scheme plays to get him open best pick for us
Is it fair to think of Keon as one day being in the class of Tee Higgins, Nico Collins, Drake London, etc. who can be the #1 on a team and be a big time chain mover and sometimes bust dudes faces for sweet long tuddies?
Devonte Adams is his ceiling and Gabe Davis is his floor
Is it possible that the offense is going to run through WR like Shakir & Samuel as well as Kincaid and the Bills Brass never intended for Coleman to be the no.1 everyone wants him to be? Maybe his role is to devastate defenders in the run game and make the big plays where the 50/50 is exactly what the situation calls for?
It’s funny how ppl forget how Kelvin Benjamin was a stud his rookie year and pretty darn good his second yr too. If we get that out of Coleman his rookie year it would be fantastic. I could be incorrect but didn’t Benjamin tear his Acl and put on a ton of weight during rehab and pretty much just checked out after?? I get you don’t want that but as far as talent and skill as a rookie entering the league Kelvin Benjamin was nice
Coleman is more like a young Brandon Marshall or Anquan Bolden. Similar to Drake London and a few others but he is himself. Who he ends up is up to Keon. Just feels like the dude is gonna be special.
If you had to take a WR at 33 who would’ve been your choice? At the time I was expecting either McConkey or AD Mitchell. Though the Joe Brady offense was a bit of a mystery as to what skillsets the Bills coveted most in a WR.
I'd give him some slack, as he's only 20. Maybe because he was used as a just go up and get type of guy, not a lot of effort was put into coaching him in the art of separation. That's why we have coach's. I might hook him up with Molds to get some one on one time.
I feel like this whole “50/50 ball” concerns kind of disrespects shakir and Samuels. Shakir looks like he can be very good possession and seam receiver and Samuels is multi faceted. We have 2 dependable TEs and now we have a true 50/50 ball guy…we have what we need a at receiver as long as Coleman turns out to be decent. ..and I think he’ll be a touch MORE than decent.
32:54 I think this may be one of his even best catches. He had no room to even see the ball snd he caught it under the guy's hip
Did you mean to show Keon getting a head start at 27:43? 😆
Josh has to work alot harder the next few off-season cause of all the young wideouts
I think we're gonna be a few games into the season and be happy. He's got Josh Allen. Allen will get out of the pocket, avoid a lineman, and hit Coleman on a broken play with a 45 yard throw n catch down the sideline
In watched a lot of those "contested" catches and yes some are pbus but a lot of them were too high, behind, or just so off target he didn't have a chance in hell. Idk what these QBs were doing but it felt like they closed their eyes and prayed.
Playmakers predicated on contested balls would be a disaster if Coleman is the only weapon in Allen's arsenal. He will get 1-on-1 coverage at first until he proves himself. But opposing offenses will have to be thinking about guys like Kinkaid, Shakir, Cook, Davis, Samuel, and even Knox. You can't cover everyone on every play. Opposing D's will get worn down by our running game.
So the best receiver of all time would probably not graded well. Josh is still evolving remember he wasn’t accurate. So, you guys have a show to do and you do it well but for your audience I suppose you have to speculate. I trust your humility as he grows into an elite receiver. Go BILLS 🏈
Could care less if he can’t separate like Diggs. If he can haul in contested 🏈s and separate at catch point like they saying that’s just as good. Doesn’t matter if the CB is glued to him…. If he catches it he catches it. And at 6’4 with long ass arms, he’s gonna 9/10 times get his hands on it first!!
I don’t think fans understand what Josh is…. He’s an elite quarterback but he’s probably never gonna be a conservative quarterback. He’s a gambler. If it’s check down or deep shot he’s going deep shot. That’s who he is so it might be the bills finally embracing Josh skill set. He’s not a consistent pocket passer. I been fully embraced it I believe that’s why they got him bigger receivers. 3 receivers they drafted 6’3 and up. Mack and claypoll 6’4.
Gabe Davis had crap hands. Keon has sticky hands
He’ll do fine if he is allowed to use the “Gronk shove” on cornerbacks, like the Patriots were allowed to use.
Galvatron
Did he have a private workout with buffalo? I wonder if he did. Did they see of he can sink his hips in and out of breaks off his stem
He did have private workout
@@Cover1 then they must know more than we have seen on film. Captain obvious rt 😂
Keon Coleman was not my favorite pick. I hope he proves me wrong.
Keon I believe is far from polished. He played three years in college but one of them he was a two sport player playing D1 basketball.
40 times are really made in how you get out of the blocks as they say. If you’re a complete former track athlete you have an advantage. Keon back ground is in Basketball.
Where he can get his wins is in his lateral movement using his explosive ability much like a basketball player
Separators that drop 139 throws in a season are far less valuable than a guy in traffic that catches everything near him.
