I remember seeing this on tv once, late at night, early morning back in the mid 1980's on a weekend. Never could find it again, till the net and tube came along. Awesome! The DLI cars rock.. RIP Dick....., you earned it, and then some.....

Dick Landy was my hero growing up. He's the one that turned me into a "car racist". That's what my son calls me... nothing but Mopar! Of course, my son and daughter both own Dodges!
When I put my first stroker Big Block in my truck back in '91, I went to Dick's shop in Northridge to get it built. I finally got to meet my hero in person. He was really nice. His son and brother... not so much. I learned a lot since then about Big Block Dodges. I bumped into him a couple times after that at Sprig Fling in Van Nuys. Again, he was very friendly with me. We talked for quite awhile. I got to say goodbye to him and his wife as they drove off in their PT Cruiser. A big influence on me. And I've returned the favor selling Mopars to anyone who will listen... or won't. LoL!
My Dodge Power Wagon that I've owned for going on 47 years now... ramchargercentral.com/mopar-trucks/my-'74-power-wagon-i-ordered-from-dodge-on-873/

If it's a RWD American car that's got a V-8, bucket seats, auto or manual and does burnouts, I like it. Doesn't matter to me who manufactured it.
