It is the plan and design of the enemy who wants to deceive and cause us to be separated from our Creator God forever. If you will sincerely ask Holy Spirit He will lead and guide you into all truth and rightly divide the word. Ask Him not other people. There are many Christian sermons about pride and many other sins, if you search for them. Not all that profess to be Christian are true born-again believers and they can be used by the devil himself. If you have questions, sincerely read the Bible from cover to cover and God will reveal Himself to you. Humanistic justification pointing at others will not put you in right standing with God because we ALL have to give an account to God for our life.
These are not trying to jam their belief down other people’s throats. Hate in any form is against GOD’S WORD. I try to show love to all humans….i do not judge but I do posit truth whenever I can. I know a lot about the physiology and psychology of sex. People will go to extremes to rationalize their choices. Adam and Eve ate the fruit because they wanted what the shining one suggested….not what God wanted….God let them make that choice….there were three stages until GOD put his plan for salvation to work. He did not force it on man he showed/revealed in many ways….JESUS was the fulfillment of his plan but he still gave every human the choice to decide which path they want to go. They then are responsible for their own state when they die.

Well given the protestant rebellion (some call protestant reformation) was one of the biggest examples pride, so can you really then criticise others who go down the road further when it comes to pride?

I think that you'd be struggling to find any evidence for your initial assertion. The supreme Pride of the RC church, demonstrated in its abuses of power and intimidation of dissenters, is what drove the Reformation. Sola Scriptura is humble acceptance that God knows best, not the people who claim an authority to represent God.

Most people understand right off, the difference between righteous pride and unrighteous pride. If you are not sure, open your bible. For instance, to have pride in what is shameful, is unrighteous pride, to take pride in the Gospel, is righteous pride. Romans 1:16
