      OK MATE
Firstly, You can't spell the word THEIR correctly
Secondly, You said CHRIST IS AT THE CENTRE OF YOUR POSITION, right ?
so, let me ask you ? do you BELIEVE in christ ?
in the spirit of saving time. i'll assume you answer YES
      so here is the problem....
If the centre of your argument is CHRIST Why do you not ABSOLUTELY KNOW that he exists ?
I have a heart, it's at the centre of my body
      I DON'T BELIEVE I HAVE A HEART, I KNOW I HAVE A HEART
      I've proven it, I've seen it in X-Rays I KNOW IT'S THERE
You dont' know, so actually your argument is on shaky ground.
      But here's the funny part
CHRIST ACTUALLY DID EXIST, he was actually a real person.
      I KNOW THAT
      the difference is............... YOU DON'T
      it's weird huh ?
and you know why you don't ?
Because religion has taught you TO NEVER RESEARCH THIS STUFF
doesn't it make more sense , that if you love christ that you would learn all that you can about him
AND YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT HE EXISTS
Now, a lot of christians will say "Yes i do "
No they don't !, What they mean is....
      They BELIEVE
You're not supposed to have to believe
You're supposed to know what you know
and THAT.... would strengthen your relationship with christ
As long as you BELIEVE your relationship with him is limited
      Now you said
Non believers, their argument is on shaky ground
      again it's SHAKEY not SHAKY
but... I don't know which argument you refer to
but i'll tell you one that is on rock solid ground
THE BIBLE IS NOT THE WORD OF GOD
      Absolutely not
Now if you think that one is on shakey ground
      what you do is
CALL THE PUBLISHER THAT WROTE THE BOOK
      CALL TEH SOURCE
      You ask them
"is this book that you wrote, God's literal words"
the cool thing about this is (and i was intrigued when i found this out)
      - They know it's not because they created the book and decided what to put in it,
so it's written by man and man decided what to put in it
      - But LEGALLY they are not allowed to mis represent
      - it's also not just about NOT ALLOWED, it's not even in their interest to lie to you
because it opens up such an opportunity for you legally
See, any shit that happens in your life as a result of god not helping you or answering your prayers can be slapped onto them for liability, they would be paying you millions, then there would be a class action and they would pay anyone else affected, Essentially the entire world LOL
it would ruin them, it'd be in the Trillions
TO AVOID THIS, all they have to do is say this
      - The bible is not god's word
      - The bible is sold on an AS IS Basis
      - We are not responsible for your assumptions while reading the bible
      - The bible is not intended to be taken literally
      - it's just a story
and there you have it.... DENIABILITY
and they know they can straight up tell you the truth because religion has indoctrinated you to believe nothing other than THE BIBLE IS GOD'S WORD
it's like what Jack sparrow said
      that bloke says
"well if he was telling the truth why we have told us"
      and jack says
"Unless of course he knew you wouldn't believe the truth even if it was told to you"
      so yeah mate TRUTH IS
THE BIBLE IS NOT ACTUALLY GOD'S WORD
Now.. do you believe it ?
      Probably not huh
      You know why
      BECAUSE YOU........"BELIEVE"
Now you could make 1 phone call to verify this
      but... You won't will you
      LOL
there you go...... that's truth for you if you like truth
There is no Shakey ground here
You either make a call can get the answer
      or you don't
but yeah SELF AFFIRMATIONS work for christians huh ?
      Statements like
      "they are on shakey ground"
      "they hate god"
      "The end times are near"
"one day they will be judged"
      "we are the righteous"
SEE HERE IS HOW YOU BREAK DOWN EACH ONE AND IT'S MEANING
      "they are on shakey ground"
This is a reverse psychology thing to get you believing that YOU are NOT on shakey ground when in fact you are
it's a shit position to be in, but fact is, at one point you chose to believe the thing that wasn't real, You then couldn't break away from it
      "they hate god"
Atheist's actually don't hate god, but christians say this to feel HIGHER than Atheists, it's actually rather selfish and the bible forbids putting yourself above others, BUT HEY, THEY STILL DO IT THOUGH
      "The end times are near"
This is an excuse to think they are correct. it always has to be vague and non measurable to survive
"one day they will be judged"
This allows a christian to believe they are excluded from judgement and guaranteed salvation
      THAT'S BULLSHIT
      No one is saved
      ALL will be judged... ALL!
      "we are the righteous"
and this means WE THINK WE ARE BETTER THAN YOU

Martyn's step by step approach on a scriptural subject, opens the mind to 'Think' about the foundation it is built upon. Genesis 1, or the Beginning is where it all started and poses 'two' questions, what does the word 'God' actually mean? and, who or what is God?
What does the word 'God' actually mean?
The word 'God' is an English Translation of the Hebrew: אלהים ALaHaYM. The Hebrew indicates more than 'One', being the plural of the singular Hebrew: אלה ALaH. The English Translation of the Hebrew is therefore wrong as the word 'God' is singular. Genesis should read, 'In the Beginning ALaHaYM (the Gods) created the Heavens and the Earth'. The Translation of Scripture has focused on the 'Singular' (God) rather than on the 'Unity' of ALaHaYM.
Who or what is 'God' or more correctly 'ALaHaYM'?
We now know that 'ALaHaYM' created the Heavens and the Earth. They created Man in their own image and in their likeness, Genesis 1:27. We only have to look at each other to know what 'ALaHaYM' look like, but there is a vast difference when it comes to what we, or they, are made of.
ALaHaYM are 'Spirit' and immortal, living forever. We can't see them, unless they want us to. We are 'Flesh' and mortal, we die. Our life is 'Spirit' but our bodies have substance, Flesh, Bone, and Blood. Through Faith, we believe that someday we will become like them, 1 Corinthians 15:48-49. Throughout the Scriptures we are shown that the ALaHaYM are the 'Father' and 'Son' who Created all things, including us!

If God created the world and life, and he loves us then, as history seems to indicate, He would let us know about himself and connect with us and provide a solution to evil.
If he did create us and doesnt care then it doesnt matter.
If we came by chance through "evolutionary process" with no inteligent design, then this convo doesnt matter to atheists or christians. Its every man for himself which is the way the world is going now the "enlightned masses" (many of whom i see comments from here) have shed this old notion of a creator God.

When the religious people brought a woman caught in adultery he called out their hypocrisy but in the end he said ‘ I will not condemn you , leave your life of sin’ . Jesus demanded a heart of honour but he also honoured others decision to turn away. Forgiveness is the key to be set free but also in the Lord’s Prayer in Mathew it says ‘ for if you don’t forgive others their sin , your sins also will not be forgiven’. In the current war on woke , it’s the woke bullies that are opposed. William/ lia Thomas is smashing women in sports because he is pretending to be a woman to win medals, in response to that many people who support womens rights are saying no to companies like bud lite when they push this woke religion. People are being made to take a side when love and respect needs to be foremost. When a trans person is taking away a woman’s rights we side with the woman. I could go on but anyway. Those who reject our Lord, are antichrist. They have NO foundation. Only through the Holy Spirit, can we truely discern. For anyone who hasn't come to Christ, who has been brainwashed/ indoctrinated in a satanic/ religious school system, soaking up mainstream tv, has been programmed to obey, to conform, to think, behave and react the same as the majority. Apparently certain features of the universe seem to require the existence of a multiverse, experts tell us, nothing has been directly observed that suggests it actually exists. So far, the evidence supporting the idea of a multiverse is purely theoretical. The question 'Who created the multiverse?' could be viewed as the same as "Who created god" but the answer to the second question is simple. Humankind. The answer to the first question is "we don't know, yet".

There weren't many secularist's argrments demolished in this video. But here's a question. If God existed before the beginning of the universe, for how long did God exist? Did God exist for an infinite amount of time? If not, when did God begin? And if God existed for an infinite amount of time before creating the universe, why did God suddenly decide to make the universe? Did he get bored? Want some new hobby? One would have thought playing with the angels would have been enough. Oh yeah, those angels, when did they come on the scene? Did God create the angels? If God did create the angels, how is it that one of them became Satan, wnd why couldn't God just un-create Satan? Would have saved a lot of trouble. Finally, if God is not infinitely old, that means God was created somewhere along the way. Now, I know that Christians demand a creator for the universe. If God was created somewhere along the way, God must have been created by someone who was more powerful and omnipotent. Christians demand that, just the way they demand the universe has a creator.

If god is the “cause” of everything? If so he’s also the cause of sin.

@@Do_not_at_me_bro All one has to do is know some basic principles of the scientific discipline of physics. THAT is empirical evidence to support my opinion. And it's far more evidence than you can produce for anything different relating to god. Since you don't seem to have a very through understanding of physics I'll give you a brief explanation. Assuming god did create the universe... all one needs do is examine the very nature of the material universe. What is it made of? Atoms and molecules. And what is the very nature of atoms and molecules? They are imperfect, they are in a constant state of change. "Perfection" by definition is a state of existence in which something is "free of fault or defect", "an unsurpassable degree of accuracy or excellence" and it means that were it to change in any way it would no longer be perfect. An example would be how most people conceptualize "god". But in the [real] natural world there is no such thing as perfection because all matter is in a constant state of change. Now, according to theists, who created the natural universe? And what did god make the universe out of? Matter... an imperfect substance. What's another name for imperfection according to theists? "Sin". So at the very beginning of the universe, if god created the universe he created an imperfect or "sinful" universe simply because of the nature of matter. Since it's a matter of FACT that matter is in a constant state of change, and assuming god created everything, then it was god that created sin [imperfection]. It wasn't a matter of "free will" as theists like to rationalize. Instead people are material beings and if god created people [which is what theists claim] then god created sin. It is an inherent quality of humanity as material beings to be imperfect. Conclusion; "man" was created as an imperfect being. Sin is not our fault since we had no say in our creation. It is just to blame god for sin as god created everything. Question; If you paint a picture and when done you decide it was not the picture you wanted, do you blame the picture for being faulty or does one blame the painter?

@@msmd3295So you're using something Christians invented to try and disprove Christianity.
Principles are not empirical evidence to support your judgement. You are basing your worldview off non matter things and not matter itself.
Did you know there is a field of study in metaphysics, psychology and philosophy? This is all studying the non material things that affect people everyday in a profound way.
I'll give it to you that the outcome of whether God exists or not should not be fixed on someone whose worldview isn't already shaped by their sense making and experience, that is up to the individual as the individual is subjective in nature.
In short, the existence of God cannot be proven by just studying matter, as God is non-matter, but you cannot discredit the idea of non matter things by using principles because principles are non matter.

    • @Do_not_at_me_bro
      @Do_not_at_me_bro Год назад

@@msmd3295As for freewill and determinism, they are non matter and exist in the realm of philosophy.
Now I see freewill and determinism go hand in hand and not opposed to each other. I didn't choose to be born, I didn't choose my genes or parents or location I grew up with, so I do see determinism in that degree.
Freewill I see as responding to these deterministic things, so I am free to respond or say whatever I like, free to do whatever I want ECT.
As for imperfect and perfect. I think you see those words as "pure" and "corrupt" ie. "Without a spot or blemish"
The message the bible is trying to convey with perfect / imperfect is more like getting a perfect score on a test, or in 10 pin bowling, or archery, or darts.
      In other words "complete" "incomplete"
Here's also how sin is described: "incomplete" "missing the mark" ie. Not getting a perfect score on a test, or 10 pin bowling.
So if you're gonna go by the creation story and assume it's true, we have to go by the words how God described it, "good" and "very good" those words describe in degree of "good" so God said His creation was good, not perfect.
I think you conflated, good with perfect. And there are talks about good vs perfect.
So when you say God created sin, I agree, God's creation is incomplete.
Finally to answer your question about the painter / painting, I'd say it's neither the paintings nor the painter's fault. I make something I want to see, and I'm satisfied with it, but then I look at it again at another time and I change my mind and make some tweaks. I don't destroy the design completely, I find what I can salvage and edit out the things I don't like and work with what I've salvaged until I find it holds my satisfaction.

You follow a man made God who could not die for your sins if you believe the true words of God, Ezekiel 18 :20 The soul that sins, it shall die; a son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, and a father shall not bear the iniquity of the son; the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.
21 And if the wicked man repent of all his sins that he has committed and keeps all My laws and executes justice and righteousness, he shall surely live, he shall not die. These are the words of God not the church, and God said his Laws are forever not until Paul decides they are not.

You know what is easy to demolish? Any religious, i mean any, religious argument. Reading the bible is the best way to demolish itself.

If God can do anything, why did He have sinful man write the Bible when He could’ve wrote itHimself?
Or better yet, why doesn’t God just make Himself available to answer questions of anyone at anytime? 🤪

God is the creator in a book written by men not a god.
