I miss him so much. Jesse was my best fucking friend we were bout to get married and live on Vancouver island. Im gonna be revisiting Canada when the weather is warm and we plan to host a memorial concert sometime this coming summer where we can come together and cover his music in honor of his life. Stay tuned this will take place in red deer alberta and open to friends and fans.

In the most unlikely of places, i find a song that gives me back what ive been convinced ive lost, and on the brink of giving up and contemplating suicide for years, such a simple melody brings light to the lost and broken, thank you Jesse. I just discovered this legend and also learned he passed. Drugs suck. He reminds me of Bradley Nowell. Lead singer of sublime. Not voice wise. But they definitely got the same passion and soul for music that nobody on this planet could ever replace and the work they've done will always be remembered along with the memory of their one of a kind personalities and character. Im sorry bro it's fucked to lose someone you love but It's better to have loved and lost then to have never loved at all. Our lives are the sum of all of the experiences we've had. In the end all of those experiences paint the full picture that we can reflect on. One day we're all going to leave this place and when that time comes it's best to be able to look back and say we did everything in our power that we could to make sure we live without regret. Trust me it's better to have the memories and suffer at times with the loss then it is to have never lived and never experience the great times along with the tragedy. You might regret losing her but wouldn't it be far more regretful if you never got to experience those 10 years. Some people never get that but you were blessed to have it. I know what you're going though I lost so many people I loved in the last few years but I'll tell you what I would do it all over again in a heartbeat just to end up in the same position knowing that those memories are priceless and they last forever. Those people we lose will always live on through us.
