I know this isn't my usual content!! But if I don't do something new I will lose that passion lol!! Also i know chris ramsay makes puzzles videos... i just want to try these basic puzzles lol
I know you gotta stay motivated but Chris, if I recall correctly, wished he would’ve done two separate channels one for magic one for puzzles since he lost a lot of views when he changed to predominantly puzzles since I would imagine most of his viewers from his channel prefer magic. You and Chris are at the very tip top of my favorite magic channels. I do think puzzles are cool but am more interested in the magic/outdoor stuff. Just wanted to share my humble opinion in hope it helps but this is just one persons opinion so hopefully others will chime in I could be wrong. This was a cool video
@@brandonlee7006 true, he did say that, and it makes more sense. I would subscribe to a separate puzzle channel! Already subbed the gaming channel, too. As for the magic content, the vlog was pretty nice, also reactions to other magicians, going to magic gatherings and the occasional magic trick tutorial - would be enough to keep this channel fresh.
Hey, love this kind of stuff! You should keep a timer running alongside the puzzle solve if you’re going to edit around a bunch to give more of a feel for how you’re doin. Keep it up!
Those are cool. The first one and the heart, are "obvious" the moment you see those curved surfaces, you just know that it's going to need to rotate into place. Designing them is "relatively easy", it's a single revolution operation with two symmetric objects: get some CAD software, any external shape you want, cut it in half along any plane of symmetry, and convolute the two pieces. Any change you do to the cut path, will get mirrored on both. The second puzzle was more ingenious, but also simple: cut the external holes along any path of rotation of the internal piece, you end up with a labyrinth-like path which is the solution. Just make sure it doesn't intersect with itself (which would break the outer piece).
0:45 that is so smooth, where did it go? I believe he gave the illusion of passing it off to his left hand, but palmed it with his right hand. But then where did it go from there lol
All types of videos keep the channel interesting and fresh, brother. Do what makes you happy. Just don't forget what made your channel what it is. Mix it up & everyone will get to see a bit of what we all love. I think the problem with Chris's channel might have been that nhe went from a 100% always magic channel to a 90% puzzle & only 10% magic channel. I follow Chris and have watched every one of his videos but i can understand why some may have felt left out.
Very understandable that you do not want to keep making the same content and this is fun. I got nervous just watching you do this, I cannot imagine how it would feel if I had to do it myself... Keep up the great work, if 2.000.000 is the goal you will have to =).
I have almost everything by hanayama. The level 6 Enigma by hanayama is my favorite puzzle of all time. Only three parts. Took me about four hours. Would recommend.
Saw you at Edinburgh Fringe, brought me up to pick a card.. I picked the same card after force magic gag (police van near by) . Unfortnatly I was working and was on break and was unable to stay, I work in Technical so I had black steel toe caps and black jeans. Thought I'd say your amazing and keep it up.

@@streetmagiciandude I wonder if someone is impersonating you on Instagram because I said something about your RUclips channel, and he said he didn't have a RUclips channel.
Hide those things from Mrs. Maher! She will solve them in seconds and will not be able to explain how she did it. It just "felt" like it turns that way.
These kinds of puzzles, remember 2 things (though it's not ALWAYS the key lol): -- keep spinning! -- spin the OPPOSITE way your mind is telling you Usually one or both of those helps a ton
Someone at my work brought a puzzle consisting of two framing nails bent around one another it took me 40 minutes to figure it out I don’t think puzzles are my thing 😂
@streetmagiciandude when you do them just so you know. They are machined perfectly that they will slide, if it needs force, it's not the right way. I bought the puzzle again and solved it and it slides like a dream so treat them nicely to solve :)
You think the heart one is tough... wait til you tackle the level 5 or 6 one that looks like a treble cleff..... you will definitely need to edit your video down for time! 😂
@@streetmagiciandude At that level, it takes two miracles: one to get the pieces apart and another miracle to get them back to the starting position. Also, I didn't find gradually leveling up to be of much help. The puzzles are just diabolical and so intricate!
The 1st & 3rd are basically the same as the old twisted nail puzzle. I have 2 puzzles I got as a kid & still havent solved them, a metal horseshoe rope & ball puzzle & a wood plank with a rope & ball puzzle.
I may know the horseshoe one depending on the version. it is cheeky though \I love this kind of thinking challenge. i go a 4 piece "chinese puzzle"set "metal" last crimbo and always have trouble resettin 2 of them lol
@streetmagiciandude thinking back, it took me about the same amount of time to figure out the twisted nail puzzle which is very similar. Love the channel!

I thought this was a Chris Ramsay video, you fooled me with the thumbnail. 😂
Love that you're doing puzzles and I love that you mention Chris Ramsay! He's another guy I've been following for a while!
Your oranges short was just the ticket this evening. Hope this buys a pint down there👍

Oh, cool! Absolutely love Hanayama puzzles! The high level ones really DO look like magic when you learn to solve them smoothly!
Yeah, baby! I'd like to see more of the puzzles! It's good medicine to watch you figure them out!
I'm excited for more of these. This was so fun
Those are cool. Reinds me of little metal puzzles my grandmother would give my siblings and I to keep us busy on long car trips.
Great video, looking forward to the rest of these. 👍
Thank you for sharing the answer to the card puzzle!!! I’m going to work on practicing this one 🙏😎🤙

Yes you are right about doing something different because it gives us viewers something different to watch and exciting at the same time.
Yes, I enjoyed watching you trying to solve the puzzles. More please.😂
