An intermittent fasted lifestyle has been a lifesaver even for me Aisha! So great job! I eat within a 4hr window and I'm done for 20hrs. It is helping me to not only lose weight but reverse my type 2 diabetes. So girl keep doing what works for your body and health! I love working out during my fasted period too because I burn so much fat. I love the lifestyle so I'm excited to see this is what you do as well! Keep it up!

i been watching some of your videos and only one vibrating at a higher level can see it, but the way you were exercising and dieting even before you gave birth was very attractive. you have to be in a state of joy and inspiration for life to create such routine before and after giving birth. i can tell you make some diet compromise with your husband one the weekend but you are much more in sync when cooking for yourself. your husband has a bit of stress from work and daily life like most people do, but you guys were definitely chose by heaven i guarantee. keep your vibration high i love how you take care of yourself like i said. you were definitely much loved by your parents, you are very blessed
Loved how you explained your process, I’m also a habitual intermittent faster and it’s always hard explaining to people that I don’t eat breakfast and lunch regularly not because I’m on a diet but just because it’s my lifestyle. Also Fanta seems like such a peaceful baby 🥹 does she ever disturb often with cries?

I realize when I eat regularly I actually lose weight. Everyone’s body is different. ❤️ I gained 50lbs during my pregnancy and thankfully I lost it all within 1 year. You are naturally slim. It will never be a problem for you to lose weight postpartum, especially given the fact that you did not gain that much weight during your pregnancy. Even if you don't follow a diet, it will shed off. Most women however, will not shed the weight as fast as you have, even with your strict diet. Everybody is different and weight loss shouldn't be the main focus, except if that is part of your job. Then I understand. Congrats on your weight loss, however it is an unrealistic and too drastic to be deemed healthy.

Well done on getting back into shape and your body now is really toned which is #goals💪💪💪. I just wanted to ask though that even though you are having one meal a day , do you still have snacks? Like nuts, prunes, fruit etc
No snacks at all. In order for the intermitted fasting to work you are only allowed to dink water during your fasting period. That's the time when your body is on 'fat burning mode'. As soon as you eat just a small snack (no matter what) this will kick you out from that mode and it won't work. So if I wanna eat a dessert for example, i I make sure to only eat it right after my meal. This is basically what research says and what works for me^^

Also I just want to share I have been following your recipes the last 3 weeks and I have been able to lose 5kgs. 20hour fast on weekdays and 16hour on weekends
I also intermit fast during work week. Helps me alot with MAINTAINING my weight and not gain 🤣 need to work on losing a little bit of weight though🤣
