I love it just one problem. How do you access the garage in the one on video 🤣
This is a good layout. It shows windows above the garage and main room - are there rooms up there or is it just decorative? From my experience, the sinks on the island look good but are not practical, as the washing up looks like it's in the middle of the room and the island is less useable for eating / sitting. I would reduce the pantry size and increase counter top with sink there.

Oh my gosh! The whole thing is beautiful 😍. But that PANTRY! You can't find a decent PANTRY in homes twice its size. It's usually the size of a broom closet.

Yes. We build ours in 2020 and have all ADA width doors (so the halls are wider) and we did a sun/screen room. We had the double doors put on the dinning room wall going out to the back sunroom and a regular door w sidelights as a front door. We did three long windows in living area and did away with the door since we moved to dinning room. We LOVE IT!

Even when they are not showing the floorplans that I am specifically interested in, it helps me to envision the comparative size of rooms, etc.

Beautiful Home. I think it would look a little better with Cathedral Ceilings in the Family Room,Kitchen and eating area and a Tray in the MB. I understand you can add that on but I think a model should include that understanding it will be extra $$. Great look though!! Where are their models of this house or a variation of this home in NC or SC?
