How to make Sweetened Red Beans❗️ 蜜红豆 在家简单做

Sweetened Red Beans is one of the very popular ingredients used in making variety of breads, desserts or drinks in China. In this video I'll share with you how to easily make your own Sweetened Adzuki/Red Beans at home.
Ingredients :
200g Red beans/ Adzuki beans
70g white sugar
proper amount of water
Yield about 400g sweetened red beans
自己做蜜红豆可以根据个人口味加入适量的糖，不会像买的蜜红豆那么甜的发腻～～
材料：
200克红豆
70克白糖
适量的水
大约可得400克蜜红豆

We actually cook a lot of beans my husband loves them. These would certainly be a hit in our house. They look awesome. I promise you this is going on our menus this fall. What do you think of having it with rice?

This is usually used as filling to make dessert or bread ( as in my last video) or sweet soup. Honestly I never tried to have it with rice, because it’s sweet, could be interesting to try😊
