I don’t get it… you have a window now that is low to the cooktop; is it not now your backsplash, functionally speaking? You say you’re still deciding what backsplash material to use, but what happens to the window then?
Using Hardie board to case the window … so not an issue. Our issue is agreeing on a backsplash tile- ha. Still not sure what tile we’re going with.
I also used Cliq Studios and love the quality of the cabinets. I think I have the same ones that you have. I also have the same range/oven. However, I did not like the design she came up with. I kept making modifications. We finally settled on the design and I caught a major issue. Corrected that and I love it but I did make a design error in that you can not open the trash drawer and silverware drawer when the dishwasher is open.
Drain location would drive me nuts
Love hate relationship with this sink ! I don’t realize my wife hated the location - ha
Check out the Moen Nio or Cia. The touchless sensor sits in a better position and eliminates the issue you have now.

I do like how clean it is under your sink. P traps and the disposal are what have mine all cluttered up. Do you have a P-trap? I didn't see one.

I would have put the sink under the window and the stove in the island or somewhere else.
