Hello Kay! Love the videos! ❤ I have a recipe idea for you, it's a traditional romanian recipe and it's called cabbage rolls! Will leave the recipe below, but with an easy google search you can find more variants! Ingredients: 1 large cabbage 1 lb ground beef 1 cup cooked rice 1 small onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 can tomato sauce Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Boil cabbage leaves until soft. Drain. Mix beef, rice, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place a spoonful of the mixture in each leaf, roll up, and tuck ends. Place rolls in a baking dish, pour tomato sauce over them. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.❤
I love you Kay, when I found you I was in my darkest time. You saved me from myself and from a worse outcome for my life. I was close to dying and was addicted to painkillers. I had to sell my liver for more painkillers. That was three years ago. Now you and your works of art have saved me from despair, and I live with my 2 wives and 5 children.
What a pledids meal. Make a nice change from chicken and spuds and that. You can beat a good sausage now and again, you really can't. The best thing about them is that they are extremely portable, they slip nicely in to that tiny pocket that you get on jeans, the one just above the normal pocket, near the button, just below the belt loop. They fit perfectly in that, idea for emergency sausage fun when out creeping about the streets. Fumbs up.
Good work, Kay! I am your number one fan in America my family and I will fight over who can best emulate your cooking. We may have lost little Jefferiah III to E. Great video Kay! Keep it up. 😊 here's a simple and tasty recipe i found on the internet for you: Roasted Potatoes with Caramelized Onions Ingredients: 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced 2 onions, thinly sliced 2-3 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or herbs like thyme or rosemary for added flavor Instructions: Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare potatoes: Peel the potatoes and dice them into bite-sized pieces. Caramelize onions: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper while cooking. Season potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with the remaining olive oil (about 1-2 tablespoons), salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you prefer. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated. Combine and roast: Spread the seasoned potatoes onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the potatoes. Roast: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the edges, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking. Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot as a delicious side dish. This recipe is straightforward and allows the natural flavors of the potatoes and onions to shine with just a few simple seasonings. Enjoy your roasted potatoes with caramelized onions!

Hi, KAY! Thank you for the videos and recipe ideas. I love to make low carb salad & poke bowls for work. Do you have any suggestions? I'd love a new recipe to try for my meal prep!!
I used a red hunnyoin recently and it was very, very hot (spicy)!? I didn't think that was "normal." I'm in Alabama in the US. I have been keeping my hunnyoins in the refrigerator. Ingredients:
4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced
2 onions, thinly sliced
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or herbs like thyme or rosemary for added flavor
Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
