I think if I were to try to make this while hungover, I'd burst into tears.
I LOVE Chris's thought process on this healthy breakfast sandwich. It's not just "chuck a buncha vegetables in it" or "substitute the meat with subpar stuffs". He actually takes the flavour into consideration, and I'm really happy about that. Definitely trying this out.

I'm obsessed with putting cottage cheese in my soft scrambled eggs! It sounds weird, but its soo good! (A little more than 1 tbsp. per egg). It makes them super soft and fluffy!
Everyone's saying that this takes too long to make when you're hungover...you don't have to make it ONLY when you're hungover. I'm gonna make this on days when I feel like treating myself to a nice breakfast 😋

That's how you're supposed to do it. You can start it with a fork if you like, but cutting it with a knife ruins the texture.
