My wife got mad at me for calling out the killers in scream 6. But the brother I said maybe. What gave it away for me was the same scene with Quinn getting her phone but also when Sam and Tara was with Wayne (Quinn and Ethan father) in that integration room. I leaned over to my wife and said ”watch the father and daughter are the killers” when it was revealed she turned her head to me with an annoyed face 😂
Personally, it was a dead giveaway that the cop was one of the murderers because prior to the attack on Sam's counselor, Tara and Sam were giving their alibis to the cop and were telling him their whereabouts the night before.
Mine might be controversial but as of rn: 1. Scream (This will never get topped. Just to find something wrong with it is nitpicking at this point.) 2. Scream 2 (razor thin margin between 1 & 2 & most underrated film in the franchise with best versions of Gale, Dewey & Sidney. Even Ghostface killers were underrated as well) 3. Scre4m (The main issues i have with this one is a third or really 4th act (no pun intended) that just drags and knowing all the behind the scenes stuff, i wish we couldve gotten the original ending. Also the Cinematography is by far the worst of the franchise. Its way too dark where you cant even see anything. Its ugly and doesn't look good at all. But i love the ghostface reveal here, Kirby of course is amazing, Gale comes back to form and and it's a very entertaining Scream film overall. ) 4. Scream VI (Take out that third act this gets bumped to possibly number 2 for sure number 3 but i hate that third act so much and these were my least favorite ghostface reveals by far. Sam and Tara though, Chad really the core four owned this movie but Sam was redeemed here for sure. Shes now my favorite of the core four. Gale though ? Wasted! Wasted!) 5. Scream 3 (Yes i think Wes Craven directed the hell out of this movie, it has the best performance from Neve Campbell, Parker Posey is amazing and it's hilarious. By far the funniest Scream film. Josh Pias steals every scene he's in. I dont like Gale or Dewey in this film or the ghostface twist or any of the other side characters ghostface kills but arguably the best looking Scream film. Gorgeous Cinematography and Wes Craven did better with the Scream trilogy than Sam Raimi did with his Spiderman trilogy. Spiderman 3 is trash even if it wasnt all Sam Raimis fault, Spiderman 3 is all over the place. Scream 3 is highly entertaining and the tone is consistent which i can appreciate.) 6. Scream (2022) (Starting with the dumb generic title, Its Scream 5 not Scream 2022. Its Scream fucking five. Weak ghostface reveals, most anticlimactic film of the franchise, wasted the best character in Vince. Sam was so boring here. Nothing compelling about her at all here. Jenna Ortega was sidelined and still stole the show. I liked Mindy the most here of course. But the best part about this film was Dewey. Not his death! That sucked! He died by the worst person to take his life and no final moments between the trio. This was basically The Force Awakens. I dont hate this movie but its by far the weakest and most overrated in the franchise for sure.)
Scream 1 and 2 are definitely rewatchable. I saw Scream VI for the first time last week and the past three days, I rewatched all of them again starting from the OG of course. And whenever I'm bored and want to watch a scream movie, I always do the same. I put on Scream. Great video and awesome ranking. 👍👍
The Billy Loomis ghost is something that I just hate intensely. Giving him a kid was so forced and using him as this motivator for the new final girl, after this guy was established as a serial killer and r*pist, is just so tasteless for me. Really disliked Scream 5 all around. Felt very lazy. Would have much preferred Stu still being alive or having someone that was related to or idolized him
My ranking: from worst to best: (I'm also considering the plot and the motive behind the murders) Scream 4 (75%) Scream 3 (80%) 5cream (88%) Scream VI (90%) Scream 2 (96%) Scream (100%)
My ranking and rating of the franchise: 1. Scream 2 (5/5) (Superior to the original imo) 2. Scream (5/5) (Classic) 3. Scream 5 (4.5/5) (Respectful legacy sequel) 4. Scream 4 (4.5/5) (Way ahead of its time with its commentary) 5. Scream 3 (4/5) (Neve’s best performance and a satisfying end to the original trilogy) 6. Scream 6 (3.5/5) (Prioritized fan service and set pieces over quality writing, didn’t like the sidling and regression of Gale, and delivered a really lackluster 3rd act but still pretty good)
@@raidersofthelostpodcast_ He made the error of thinking a scene was from the wrong movie when he's about to rank them. That's ABSURD. Also, btw, you guys make errors every single video. It's like you don't bother reading the articles you get your news from, just the headlines.

Ahh yes, James fan-boying over Samara Weaving is one of the best parts of this episode for sure. 😅

I don't like Billy being in 5 and 6, but he's not a ghost. He's a hallucination. It's Sam talking to herself.

We need a scary movie review now! 🤣
YES
Have yall actually watched the scream movies 🤔
Yes
Before your ranking even starts bro's attributing scenes to wrong sequels. How are we supposed to buy the accuracy of your ranking?
He was corrected. Have you never made an error before?
