Keyboard Keys Function Wrong? Shift + 2 Key gives you quotation marks instead of the @ Symbol

Keyboard keys function wrong. EG. Shift/2 = " [not=@]
Keyboard keys are not correct.
SOLVED:
Do you know what is the problem?
when I press Shift/2 (") is typed, it should be (@)
when I press Shift/3 (£) is typed, it should be (#)
when I press Shift/ ' (@) is typed, it should be (")

here's how...
1. go to the control panel and open "Region and language"
2. there'll be a pop-up then choose "keyboard and languages" tab
3. then choose a default language as
English (USA) instead of some other formats...
if it has more than 1 format, remove other formats

Interesting! Atfirst scan your PC with a free anti-virus software. If it doesn't, uninstall your mousepad drive from device manager. Finally reinstall the driver.

I’m having the same problem and was wondering if anyone can give me some help. I was playing a game with my friend then I went in an app called discord to type something, when I pressed the a keyboard it typed “sad” then I tried another key it did wvks and a bunch of other random keys. Mine did the same but I also couldnt type a question mark, and got the e with accent on top. I typed contol, then shift at the same time and it switched it back. My language on my keyboard was correct and not the problem.

The probl fore is that most of my keys dont work and when some works, they open different things like the ones when you click on your right side of the mouse, and it opens the option to shut down or restart. My keys dont work like you guys. One button doesnt activate another function of charecters. For me only some keys work and they also function fucking differently. What can be done?
