Whats a good quality budget 3d printer ?

we are currently printing on the Bambu p1s - us.store.bambulab.com/products/p1s not the cheapest but a great low hassle options. We did start (like many others) on the Creality Ender 3. It is a great learner printer.

For the parts printed in resin, can you print them in PLA? Why print in resin?
