    Crazy mark is still making videos. I was big into them a few years ago but hadn't really watched in sometime so I checked the channel out and here we are. It takes some impressive dedication to keep the creativity going through so many years and videos.

    I remember watching your videos when I was 9-10 years old trying to get better at art and now I’m in an AP art class in high school, I’ve managed to come so far in art and I owe my start to you :)

    i started watching Mark in 2013. He is absolutely the best teacher when it comes to teaching all aspects of a subject. He's like a college professor I swear.

    I first watched your videos in late 2007 or early 2008, where I used to be 9 or 10 years old. Thank you for your hard work. Although I don't watch as much as I used to, you're still an inspiration.

    I think the ears would be shaded darker, almost completely actually.
    Most of the time you'd get that lighting by holding a flashlight under somebody's face, certainly most references would be made that way, and that would cause shadows to be cast diagonally the further from the center of the face you go. I think this might also be why the outer edges of the brow are darker and why the sides of the face are almost completely covered in shadow.

    If you had drawn this in black paper or added a black background it would make the shading pop out even more in my opinion, adding to the spookiness. Regarding doing more of these videos, I'm all for it, the unusual lighting helps me understand the planes of the face better.
