Been through cognitive behavioral therapy, and I have to say Ryan Tedder's lyrics for this album are psychology at it's best. Healing words for black and white thinking, and other the other cognitive distortions. There is so much truth that it is simply brilliant!

I usually listen to this when I think of my friend. She was my best friend, but on the anniversary of the day we became friends (I keep track of a lot of things) she just left me. We're somewhat friends now, we're just figuring things out. We get along quite well, and share a lot of interests, so maybe we might be best friends again!
