Still don't understand why they nerfed the farm. All that did was cause an even bigger rift in the playerbase.
The whole point was to become broken, they already nerfed the cloak andmade everything crazy expensive, why nerf a farm in which you still had to put tens of hours into to max stuff out? There will be no lifers and that's fine. This feels like overall the worst possible move they could've done.

this mode is not just for fun, this is blizzard trying to hold people into a sub until the tww prepatch, if they leave a exploid that makes 3 mounths of content into 10 hours from a biz perspective that wouldnt make a whole lot of sense
Yup I’m sick of the nerfs. It’s really not enjoyable and I’ve come to realize retail plays like a Mobil game in the sense it timegates the fk out of you. Why not let people be overpowered in a seasonal content that’s 90 days ? I’ve already purchased the war within but I will 💯 cancel my sub if this continues on and it probably will
@@SargentD4 yeah this whole fiasco made me realize I play retail for illusory reasons and the rewards are in such a way as to keep the mouse on the wheel. Ended my sub and cancelled my preorder of WW.

Probably because in 10 hours of farming, your gear is maxed out. Versus them forcing you to farm every day for 3 months so you'll reach the power level of 10 hour farm finally 2 weeks before end of mop remix. Thus prolonging life of the event. If everyone was max gear in 10 hours and then say another 5 and you got all cosmetics, people won't stick around anymore and mode dies

I'm shocked they didn't roll this back. It's gfoing to break the mode for the rest of the expansion because it only takes bringing 1 guy who abused it to a raid and everyone gets a free pass.

Players being able to buy every transmog already in less than a week is something, but having those crazy stats is another

Yeah I went to farm frogs yesterday and they were nerfed by the blizzard fun police :/ kinda killed my motivation to keep playing
but I already got a level 70 monk and the mog & mount I wanted so it was still a fun time at least, I can quit happy. Just don't feel like grinding for weeks just to be as strong as the frog farmers
Everybody that are part of "world first guilds" pretty much all the hardcore players farmed frogs for several days straight. That priest guzu shows is nothing compared to the dmg the no lifers are doing. Like 6mil+ dps as hunter,mage,dk.
So the rest of us are weak and have to grind it out so it doesn’t just flop the first week.
me and my friends started playing, we found out that players did this and removed the farm for others. me and around 15 others just quit and back to Retail we went. we want a fun experience... not a carry me around experience. blizz is basicly killing the playerbase within a month already

The frog farm has been in the game since panda was current content. It's blizzards fault for making the cloak infinitely scale and not the priest's for farming it with the time they had.

So I know the farm was nerfed but you can still get a lot of copper doing the dailies and leveling toons. I mainly wanted to do this to get mounts that I have tried farming for with no luck for years (casually of course). I am impressed by the people that are completely OP in the raids that got the cloak to crazy levels before the nerfs.

They said they don't know what to do. They don't want to buff everyone, but they also won't roll back frog guys because it's not an exploit. Those frogs were like this, a farm spot back in vanilla mop too and they patched them back then too. So I think they'll let the frog people keep it

Doing heroic raids at 394 as a BM hunter pumping out top 3 dps while the Guardian Druid tank in 346 gear with a cloak that has 20 times my stats does more Dmg than the top 6 dps with vanilla abilities.

i guess blizzard should made a patch after the frogs and goat farms and RESET the cloak for every one at lvl 70 to the same stats and ilvl from a alt *starting* cloak there will had being fair for all of us.... now these people will break the game in mythic and make others not being able to play the game neither to be invited to raids.... as now every group only invites and ask for *broken stats* players only for their groups... i spend 4 hours trying to get inside a raid as prot warrior for normal to get my neck. and in 4 hours i never saw an invite because all the people is asking is broken cloack gamers to boost their asses!

One of my favorite things to do in WoW is to farm mounts from old dungeons & raids on my high lvl toons... like it's on God mode and 1 shotting everything.
Seeing this is like a high lvl running all of you through the raids as low lvl toons 😂

Im not planning on farming frogs or goats for 20 hours just to be ln par when all the farms are being nerfed. Its a exploit early and often kinda game that doesnt work for people with real life responsibilities. I value my time, you dont have to value yours.

The people also spend their time grinding frogs etc and again its a fun mode it was never meant to be something to take serious hence the whole system with the powerups and the cloak scaling. It was meant to be arcade like but like always fun police said no. I have real life responsibilites aswell doesnt have anything to do with that. If its a hobby you should have time for it and it shouldnt be about efficiency, not like you contenting for anything i assume. And also not like people make you play with the Solo raidboss players you can legit leave that group and look for people who are normaly geared ??

How is it an exploit? Frogs were there for everyone, hyperspawns were always nerfed after a few days, but no rollbacks. You're salty you didn't get to do it.

i didnt cheat the game with my warrior and i have 2k all stats and i am full legendary gem armor and stamina, i dont take any damage from the bosses.... i have 42k armor = reduce damage *physical* by 83% plus my versa is 42% that means 21% decreased damage from anything plus my block value is 48% meaning critical blocks by pass trough my armor is only 16k damage i take. and i have 35% leech meaning 35% of all my damage is converted into healing. i can do around 500k damage in dungeon pulls and i did few times 1.3 million dps as prot warrior! i never cheated the game like that guy did with the frogs and goats farms
would have loved to play MoP but honestly, seeing these people absolutely break the game kinda destroys it for me.. no idea how u can mess up this badly lmao
these players really don't negatively effect anything for you. literally nothing. Unless you're benefitting from them being in your party, like this guy. Otherwise, out in the world, playing the game, they're a non-factor. There's no economy and you have 80+ more days to do whatever.

It's broken if u farm the same mob for 13hours and get massive overpowered. If u are playing like a normal person its pretty fun.

Everyone complaining about the frog cloaks need a reality check. Those people have ZERO impact on you. There's no PVP, so they can't hurt you. If you get in a group with one, it just makes whatever you're doing easier. I can only imagine everyone saying they need to be rolled back are just jealous gamers who still don't know the point of this event is to level new toons and get some mounts.
They literally advertise it as a way to become OP, bootlicker, lmao.
I literally see groups that only let ppl who farmed frogs in. So yes there is an impact. Have fun not getting into groups because you didn’t farm frogs.

I missed out on the frog farm because of exploring the content, but the people getting upset about the small minority that engaged in frog farm are completely forgetting how busted Ward of Salvation raid groups are. Everybody can engage in the content regardless. I don’t see the issue here.
