Charles Dance as Tywin Lannister is so perfect. He's one of the show's 'bad guys' in the traditional TV model, but, it's so satisfying to see him just own the idiots with common sense and presence.

You asked what The red woman gave birth to Well most people say a Demon Baby well it's not exactly a baby when you see it stand Others say its a shadow Baby Again doesn't look like a baby when it stands But maybe a Shadow Demon will fit before she gave birth Melisande ( the red Woman) is red priestess to the lord of Light she also said that Shadows are Servants to the lord of Light and brighter the light the more powerful the Servants are only referring back to the dialogue before she gave birth

Yeah the shadow baby stuff can come off WTFish and it's gonna stay being a bit weird these next couple episodes as they introduce a lot of the fantasy elements: religions, gods, wildlings, magic, all that good stuff. If it feels like it's jumping the shark, don't worry, they'll tie everything back in in the bottom half and end the season in a brilliant way. The early stages of the War of the Five Kings is like a chessboard, with constantly shifting alliances.
