I have done this and my motor doesn’t run. I’ve opened it up to see what is wrong with it but I can’t find anything. It’s like brand new inside! Any ideas what I should look for?

I ordered New Winch Motor Replacement For Ramsey Double-Bearing 6HP Pierce Tulsa Cam Hickey 6HP 2BB MBJ4201 MBJ4402 MBJ4405 MRVB8 MBJ4409 MBJ4410 W-7643 W-8933 W-9133 W-6900 W7643 . And it wasn't wired that way
You have to apply voltage to single + to single pin/bolt and short together double bolts for reverse rotation no body said anything I've watched 16 videos and all of them wrong

How do you test with solenoids hooked up??
We will be happy to help you. Solenoids have to be disconnected to test motor.
