Chicken & peanut butter curry

list of ingredients:
8 chicken pieces
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 medium onion
4 garlic cloves
1 cooking spoon oil
spices( 1tsp dried coriander, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric)
1 bayleaf
2 small paprika peppers
2 scotch bonnet
1 inch size ginger
400g can coconut milk
salt & seasoning cubes to taste

For everyone wondering about the ingredients, I wrote it down for myself:
Ingredients:
8 Chicken pieces
1/2 cup crunchy beanut butter
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 medium onion
4 garlic cloves
1 cooking spoon oil
spices
1 bayleaf
2 small paprika peppers
2 scotch bonnet
knob of ginger
400 ml coconut milk
salt and seasoning cube to taste
Spices:
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
Preparation:
- heat oil in a pan
- Brown the chicken on both sides
- sauté onions
- add garlic and fry for 30 seconds
- Stir fry spices for 1 minute
- add the blended peppers and ginger
- Stir fry for about 5 minutes
- Add crunchy peanut butter and stir
- Add tomato paste and stir
- Add chicken and stir
- Add coconut milk
- Add salt and seasoning cubes to taste
- Add 1 bayleaf
- cook on low-medium heat for 30 mins
- Add cut green bell pepper
- Cool for 1-2 minutes and it’s ready
