- Welcome to my latest video where I'll be reviewing and comparing fake Sylvanian Families bought from Ali Express vs my Originals. This video is perfect for anyone who loves collecting Sylvanian Families/Calico Critters or is considering buying the fakes on Ali Express. I'll be sharing my honest opinion on the quality of these fake toys and how they compare to the real thing.

What do you think of the rabbits? Cute or Creepy?
Creepy, the eyes are off. They stare into your soul...

Not cute at all .. definitely good for like Halloween make over...
I don't think they're creepy, may be just in comparacy with original ones. but they aren't cute too, very serious.
The eye are too close together and too far to the front. Creepy imho lol
The knockoff rabbits have forward-facing eyes, which make them look slightly more anthropomorphic than the originals. Interesting how such a subtle change makes such a big difference.
Those rabbits look like a ditto used transform into a Sylvanian.
This was so fun to watch - I've been curious about those lil' imposters LOL! I'm actually a tad impressed with the monkey babies - they are cute and I agree they would hold their own in a Sylvanian collection. Overall I think these dolls are a great affordable option for kids (probably not collectors), or they could be purchased for the clothing (the clothes are nice!). Children could get these to go along with Sylvanian buildings; they could get a lot more figures and play rougher without much consequence. But I do agree the bunnies are creepy LOL... I'd stick to the bears personally! Those are just my thoughts, thanks for sharing! BTW the baby bunny is odd... it came naked? It does look like Sylvanian but maybe with the eyes replaced? So odd!!
Nice video, I enjoyed the thorough look into it. Can't wait for more. Some of the houses look hilarious like the cowboy house that has a bar.

i recently bought some fake ones (white rabbits) to make a custom and they look just like the originals, they came dressed as bride and groom, so yeah you can definetely find some really cute ones
The bride and groom are faaar cute than the family ones they are kinda different because a friend bought them and yes the ones in the family are the ones that look kinda odd it´s better to buy the babies apart for the bride and groom instead of the family... and the brown ones are the same looking cute
Honestly Sylvanians are so expensive in my country (just a family is like 100 bucks with no building,just the dolls) and i would like to have them just for decorating because they are so cute so i may get some fakes
Enjoyed this video, I have wondered about these animals. The bears look like the Sylvanian honey foxes. The rabbits just don’t work! The baby rabbit, I believe is a fake due to the eyes, but the poodle is the real thing, just slightly worn. Thanks for sharing!
I have the chipmunks, I got a full family set and I just painted the babies heads and they turned out pretty decent. I bought them to test out my skills at restoring before I embark on refurbishing some originals
Old bears didn't have tails :( but new ones like Petite family - they do! but only adults, babies don't, unfortunately it is a problem for all little ones :( on the ali express they sell not only K.O.'s of Sylvanian, but also from other analogues, that's why the molds are so different... sometimes there are really originals but which had any issues and were sold just as manufacturing defect - that's a very popular situation, also with brand dolls or other toys

If I buy any from there I'd probably just use the clothing for my real calico critters

I've ordered the chipmunks couple and the bride/groom rabbits, but only for the dress lol. I will donate the rabbits to a thrift store.
I think the baby bunny is a genuine sylvanian with the wrong eyes, maybe a factory error

Ovviamente quelli originali sono meglio però anche questi sono molto carini se uno sta a guardare il pelo nell,uovo basta che non arrivino rotti anche se anno qualche piccolo difetto a me vanno benissimo com ne ho presi anche molti originali quindi vedremo la differenza…grazie x il video ☺️
