Wingham Ontario Circa 1949 We Need Your Help!

This video is a transfer from film that depicts many residents of Wingham Ontario, Canada, in 1949. It is presented here with full permission of the creators, and the intention behind posting it here, is to allow as many eyes was possible to see it, in an effort to identify all the people shown in the video. If you happen to know the people in this video, you are encouraged to take note of the time according to the timeline of the video and make a comment in the comment section noting the name of the people as well as the corresponding time they were visible.
