I have been feeling depressed lately but today is a beautiful, sunny day so I decided to sit out and drink coffee. I encountered this video and watching these made me happy. Sometimes, we need reminders to realized what we are grateful for. Have a good day!

Aw you guys, things like this make me so so happy. Big tragedies can make us feel so helpless, but celebrating the wonderful little things in life can definitely help us to continue to cling to hope and keep despair at bay.

I don't really know why, but when that lady said her son got straight B's in school my eyes welled up. I don't know why I just felt so joyful for her and her son. This is such a good thing.

I've gotten to the point where I start crying before these videos even begin.
I was having a really tough day because of finals and this just made me so happy and the mom with a son who had straight Bs inspire me a lot ;)

I'm in the process of moving, which everyone always says is a nightmare. But this time, I've had enough time to go through everything and organize it all before the move without hurting my back. Plus, I've got movers! No more plying friends with pizza & beer. Wait...does that mean I'm an adult now? Woot! I might have just earned my "he's actually an adult now" stripes! What's next? Turning potentially negative things into positive things? Oh snap! Just did that too. :-D
