Nice morning spin and the weather held up. Morecambe front looked tidier than when I was last there. The 'old bike' looked very modern - a fine mile-eating machine.
A mini roll and a cup of tea wouldn't fuel a hamster..🐹.and I notice your helmet strap is flapping again! 🙄 Good to see you back on bike and good luck for your marathon..I am sure you will smash it! 👍
All my bikes are mechanical, with rim brakes and exposed cables :D . Went back to aluminium for latest tt bike too. And its been great. And Higginsons Pies sound great (no relation :D . And im not the Chimney sweep from over wyre either! )

Morecambe front is pretty good these days, but my eyes were glued to the peaks of the Lakes. Not entirely sure why I got a new bike 🤔.

Different helmet 🤣 The other one took a few hits when I got knocked off so it’s binned. Thanks 👍
My go to bike is a 2014 Trek Madone 4.3, rim brakes and mechanical is all anyone needs.
Yeah, I really enjoyed that ride and the bike felt great.

It’s the pastry they use, delicious 😋
Rim brakes and mechanical gears all day, everyday 👌🏻👌🏻
There's joy in old and new. Not much performance difference IMO, but a big difference in price.
