Personally, when I first listened to this song, I did not think I was hearing JH or SRV; I realized I was listening to someone else’s own rendition. And I loved it. She just doesn’t copy; she puts her spin on things - I love the kid.

She plays like she's embodied every guitarist that ever lived, and then explodes on her own. I hope to live long enough to where she is recognized as the GOAT.

I get the feeling you learnt this from Stevie Ray Vaughan's version, more complex that Jimi's, in any case I love this new direction you seem to be taking, it's much more difficult to play songs which have lots of space, and still give from the soul, great performance.
Saw Jimi Hendrix in a small club in south sheilds UK Jan 1967, had not heard of him at the time a it was just a week befor his first single came out . I stood just a few feet away from him when he started, absolutely mindblowing performance even smashed his guitar through the stage roof. Loved everything he played and his attitude to life. Little Wing was always a favourite of mine and your interpretation of it is spot on. it was a hounour and privilege to see Jimi perform and likewise witness your rendition. Thank you for keeping the memory alive.
