Omg I have a legitimate problem when it comes to bath and body works candles. And Allie, we're the opposite with candles! The fresh/woodsy ones give me headaches and the warm cozy ones don't. But that honeycrisp...holy cow. SO GOOD. Paris Cafe is my absolute favorite, I burn it with the hot cocoa and cream or the cinnamon spiced vanilla and I tell you what I will never go without them. I do change it up in spring and summer but that combo is SO GOOD.
I used to be allergic to the smells... literally had a sneeze attack anytime I even passed B&BW doorway... thank GOD I grew out of that one cuz now I LOVE the smells! :)
You should check out the Mrs. Meyers Apple Cider candle! My mom is SUPER sensitive to fragrances, but it doesn’t bother her at all, and it smells AMAZING! I got the all purpose cleanser, too. Lolol. It’s on Amazon.

For me, for Fall it is always sweater weather. Always! I have a wood wick I use only for December that smells like Christmas trees that I have stretched out for 6 years😂.
Smell and try Frosted Cranberry. By far my favorite for holiday season. I also enough limoncello for a nice citrus fresh clean in the kitchen scent and champagne toast too. Another one but I dont see it in the candles anymore is sun washed citrus.
I have a cupboard full of candles and wallflowers from Bath and Body - Mahogany Apple and Autum for fall. Vanilla sage is a new favorite. Winter - balsam fireside. Spring- and summer - mahogany coconut. But let’s be honest... I have way more than those!
I just went on Friday and I’m loving the pumpkin pecan waffle candle I also got it for my car clip! And I also got the sweet cinnamon pumpkin! I didn’t get it cause I had to decide but I also love gather and pumpkin cupcake! Love my fall decorations and candles it’s my favorite! Candied caramel pecan smells exactly like those pecan/almond stands that pop up in malls around the holidays. Bergamot sage is SO pleasant and inviting without being overpowering in any one direction. Check them out!
Love their candles, my absolute favorite is white gardenia! Now it’s the only one I buy, it’s so beautifully amazing. Secondly in winter I if I get something different it’s warm spice apple pie!!!❤️✨

I'm new to the candle world, but have picked up a few these past couple of months. I'll have to check some of these out! I definitely prefer more floral and citrus notes vs the warmer/food smelling ones. I'll have to get out and go smell the ones you mentioned with apple notes because I LOVE the smell of apples!

I also live in Arizona and I love Champagne Toast. I have never smelled Cactus Blossom though. You are right, we don’t really have Fall here. Which is why I like getting the Fall scents so at least my home will smell like Fall, even though it still looks and feels like summer outside. Lol!
You should check out the Better Homes and Garden candles at Walmart. We got one that smells like cookies with three wicks and it was so beautiful, and so strong that you could smell it outside.

Then I noticed I already have it out. haha I love Fall, Christmas and spice/woodsy scents! Some of my faves are Applewood Bonfire, Flannel, Mahogany Tweakwood and Black Pepper Bergamot. Hi Allie, I really hope you'll notice this comment - or someone else who could help 🤓 As someone from Europe, I have to look really hard to find shops that sell ANY Bath&BodyWorks stuff, and there is no single place in my country that displays those product in a real shop, so I always have to take a risk online... You seem to have quite the similar candle taste as I do, saying you don't mind warm and cozy, but overly sweet stuff gives you headache (+ Sweater Weather and Leaves are my favourites)... Now to my humble request - is there any chance you've sniffed FROZEN LAKE by B&BW??? 😂😂😂 I love the notes description, but since European prices on those are slightly higher and they almost never go on sale, it's cca 30$ investment and I am worried it's not as 🌿fresh and woodsy 🌲as I imagine it in my head 🤷🏻♀️ If anyone has smelled it or bought it, please, help a girl out 😉

I completely understand your thinking on candles!! When I was recovering from my battle with Ovarian Cancer, I could tolerate only certain scents. I found lavender and a few others did not make me throw up after radiation treatments. Herbal, fresh, citrus, vanilla, spice, and masculine scents were safe. Sweet, floral, and fruity were a big NO on the vomit meter! Lol! I am now just over a year Cancer free and still loving my candles!! DWHome.com is the company I found that is extremely affordable, with highly scented candles. You can find the brand at most T.J.MAXX stores marked down really low. If you buy on-line, usually you can get them 20% off. I hope this tip is useful. I also hope to be like you someday. I am a makeup artist and Esthetician. I watch your videos all the time!! Hey love! I work at Bath and Body Works, I feel like since you like fresh smelling fragrances and apple, I highly recommend you to check out Lakeside Morning (every time I light it, my whole family obsesses over it, it's super clean and airy), and since you like apple and cinnamon I would suggest Old Fashioned Cider Donut (it smells like a lighter version of baked goods, so you wont get a headache from it!)
My boyfriend and I are both pretty picky about scents, but we have really different preferences. It's kind of a fun challenge to try to find something we'll both like. We're on a tight budget and can't justify Bath & Body Works prices, but right now we're enjoying Candle-Lite Company's Evening Fireside Glow. In the past our absolute favorite has been the Walmart brand's Sage candle, but that was tragically discontinued.
When I learned BBW wasn't cruelty free I started looking for other candles of high quality and I found the DW Homes brand at TJMaxx. They are the best quality I ever experienced and they have hundreds of different and complex scents on their website, but they have the best pricing at TJ Maxx/Home Goods/Marshalls. Highly recommended!
Definitely try Pumpkin Apple next year you’ll love it!! Chestnut & Clove is my Christmas candle actually. Rose Water & Ivy is in my top 5 is beautiful and so girlie. Right now there’s a candle out for spring called Blue Orchard Skies it’s very similar to Honeycrisp apple. I think you’ll love it.
Hearing you talk about candles (especially Fall scents) made me go light one of my favorites....which almost immediately burned out! I guess I need a new apple scented one! My other 2 favorites are lilac (from Bath & Body Works) & coconut (from Walmart).
My favorite candles are the DW Home brand and I get them from Home Goods for like half off. My favorites are Tobac Vanilla, Pumpkin Birch, Fresh Gardenia, and Peony’s
I love Bath & Body Works but I'm quite picky. I find for scents I only like straight forward fruit scents - I don't like any florals, herbs, sweet, or baked goods scents. A Fall-ish one I discovered last year that I liked was Black Cherry Merlot. A warm fruity smell.

Hi Allie, I really hope you'll notice this comment - or someone else who could help 🤓 As someone from Europe, I have to look really hard to find shops that sell ANY Bath&BodyWorks stuff, and there is no single place in my country that displays those product in a real shop, so I always have to take a risk online... You seem to have quite the similar candle taste as I do, saying you don't mind warm and cozy, but overly sweet stuff gives you headache (+ Sweater Weather and Leaves are my favourites)... Now to my humble request - is there any chance you've sniffed FROZEN LAKE by B&BW??? 😂😂😂 I love the notes description, but since European prices on those are slightly higher and they almost never go on sale, it's cca 30$ investment and I am worried it's not as 🌿fresh and woodsy 🌲as I imagine it in my head 🤷🏻♀️ If anyone has smelled it or bought it, please, help a girl out 😉

I want to go buy some candles even more now!😱 I have Champagne Toast and love it! I burn it in my office, and people always think it smells like gummy candy😂. For Christmas, I LOVE Winter Candy Apple, but it might be a little warm for you.

I completely understand your thinking on candles!! When I was recovering from my battle with Ovarian Cancer, I could tolerate only certain scents. I found lavender and a few others did not make me throw up after radiation treatments. Herbal, fresh, citrus, vanilla, spice, and masculine scents were safe. Sweet, floral, and fruity were a big NO on the vomit meter! Lol! I am now just over a year Cancer free and still loving my candles!! DWHome.com is the company I found that is extremely affordable, with highly scented candles. You can find the brand at most T.J.MAXX stores marked down really low. If you buy on-line, usually you can get them 20% off. I hope this tip is useful. I also hope to be like you someday. I am a makeup artist and Esthetician. I watch your videos all the time!! Hey love! I work at Bath and Body Works, I feel like since you like fresh smelling fragrances and apple, I highly recommend you to check out Lakeside Morning (every time I light it, my whole family obsesses over it, it's super clean and airy), and since you like apple and cinnamon I would suggest Old Fashioned Cider Donut (it smells like a lighter version of baked goods, so you wont get a headache from it!)
My boyfriend and I are both pretty picky about scents, but we have really different preferences. It's kind of a fun challenge to try to find something we'll both like.
We're on a tight budget and can't justify Bath & Body Works prices, but right now we're enjoying Candle-Lite Company's Evening Fireside Glow. In the past our absolute favorite has been the Walmart brand's Sage candle, but that was tragically discontinued.
When I learned BBW wasn't cruelty free I started looking for other candles of high quality and I found the DW Homes brand at TJMaxx. They are the best quality I ever experienced and they have hundreds of different and complex scents on their website, but they have the best pricing at TJ Maxx/Home Goods/Marshalls. Highly recommended!
Definitely try Pumpkin Apple next year you’ll love it!! Chestnut & Clove is my Christmas candle actually. Rose Water & Ivy is in my top 5 is beautiful and so girlie. Right now there’s a candle out for spring called Blue Orchard Skies it’s very similar to Honeycrisp apple. I think you’ll love it.
Hearing you talk about candles (especially Fall scents) made me go light one of my favorites....which almost immediately burned out! I guess I need a new apple scented one! My other 2 favorites are lilac (from Bath & Body Works) & coconut (from Walmart).
My favorite candles are the DW Home brand and I get them from Home Goods for like half off. My favorites are Tobac Vanilla, Pumpkin Birch, Fresh Gardenia, and Peony’s
I love Bath & Body Works but I'm quite picky. I find for scents I only like straight forward fruit scents - I don't like any florals, herbs, sweet, or baked goods scents. A Fall-ish one I discovered last year that I liked was Black Cherry Merlot. A warm fruity smell.
I alternate between Black Cherry Merlot, Energy, and Stress Relief (all Bath & Body Works)!!😍 Definitely my three favorites🙌🏼
Leaves, Champagne Toast, Toasted Marshmallow, Hot Cocoa & Cream and Pumpkin Pecan Waffles are the best! 🍁
