Just picked up my first Nest candle in Moroccan Amber on a recent trip to NYC. Gorgeous! But my all time favourite candle is L:A Bruket Tabac You must try it. Utterly divine!

I have the DW home honey pumpkin candle too, loving it for fall. I'm a fan of Byredo also, I discovered them this past spring and their Gypsy Water parfum has been my signature through spring and summer. Just so unique and perfectly balanced yet unisex which I love. I'm hoping to smell more to choose a winter scent now! Le Labo - I love the concept but none really spoke to me except The' Noir 33. At that price I just think it should be something you adore.
My favorite candle is Leaves by bath and body works! But I am definitely going to try the Nest holiday one or the birch! I saw last Christmas where you talked about Nest! Going to have to give them a try!
I’ll have to try some of the ones you mentioned. My current favorite line is Tyler Candle Co. and I’m awaiting some new ones from Nouvelle which I’ve never experienced before. Loved the video.
I live in the US and I find DW candles (which are my absolute favorite) at Ross and Marshalls for $5 to $8 dollars.

Voluspa and Diptyque are my favorites. I also use Lampe Berger (not really a candle but a home scent nonetheless). Great video and review.
Some of your choices sound like you would like to sample By the Fireplace by Maison Margiela. It has a very autumnal but also carb-y scent.

During the Christmas holidays my favorite candle is the "Silver Birch" candle from Henri Bendel. During the summer they drop their price to $12.00 from $25. And then they bring the price back to $25 and do not go on sale again until way after Christmas. It's one of their best selling candles during the holidays. Also if you purchase this candle on sale they will give you every excuse under the sun why they can NOT gift wrap the candle. The most common excuse being they ran out of boxes. 🤔. So if you want their super pretty box wrapping then you will have to pay full price for it. But an absolute favorite scent of mine. Reminds me of my first home when I used to burn birchwood branches in my fireplace. I will lit this candle four hours before my party and blow it out one hour before to let the scent diffuse and only leave a subtle traces behind. After all I Can't have the scent of a candle compete with my food and drink menu.

Great video, Elle! I love that you spoke about your current favourite perfumes for the fall & winter season. I am a huge fragrance junkie and always looking to try different brands. I'm interested in checking out the Byredo line and giving it a sniff. I'm not familiar with it but it sounds intriguing. I tried the Commodity fragrance line based off your recommendation and enjoy several of there fragrances. You give the best recommendations. Thanks😊
I bought the Diptyque candle set as well, and I hated all of them. They burned so fast and the scents were harsh and overpowering. I got the Trish McVoy candle in Blueberry at Nordstrom and loved it, and I may try Nest. I think I'm going to stick with diffusing essential oils. Much cleaner and better benefits. Will never touch a Bath and Body Works candle after seeing a news story about how toxic they are.
I went to go order the nest pumkin chai candle at Nordstrom , and it is currently on backorder in the US.

I always wanted to try the Nest candles but was worried if they soot a lot. I had a Henri Bendel candle and it smelled beautiful but I could just see black smoke/soot every time I used it. I had to just put it on a candle warmer plate because I didn't want to end up with soot all over my ceiling. :(
Have you ever tried Paddywax soy candles? No soot whatsoever! I LOVE their Pomegranate and Spruce candle. Its perfect for the winter. They also had a beautiful Tobacco Vanilla that is amazing too. I think you two would like them both. :)
I love Bath & Body Works "Pumpkin French Toast" candles, but they discontinued them! I don't have much of my candle left. :(

DW home is amazing i am burning the Hickory Clove now it is to die for.
Love the Nest candle called "Holiday" which is a very sophisticated clove-based scent. Liked Apricot Tea on cold sniff but the throw was like ab2 out of 10--would have returned it if I'd kept my Nordstrom bill
Nest's "Holiday" candle is literally my all-time favourite scent.

Is the apricot and tea candle seasonal? I haven’t bought any nest candles yet, but their newer ones chamomile and the mint one smells soooo good!

@@constancehildreth4751 Yes, if you live near a Sephora then they should carry the Nest chamomile candle and the mint candle. They most def carry it in Nordstrom. Thanks for letting me know- I would like to smell the apricot candle in person but I doubt that’s possible haha.

Check out Leahmouse youtube channel, she makes very good candles, a lot less expensive. She made a steampunk candle this year, I haven't it yet. I love her fall/halloween themed candles.
