I honestly ball park the measurements but here's my guestimate.
4 servings
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup of milk (of choice)
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- not necessary but I added collagen protein powder as well

I personally LOVED Heartless! I also love most of Marisa Meyers books! The Lunar Chronicles is more Sci-Fi and the first book is really slow but it gets really good, however I think her Renegade trilogy is my favorite it has bad to good character arc and found family! So if you like the writing in Heartless I 100% recommend Renegades!
