Am I the only one who'd rather this be a point+click or an rpg or smth story focused? That you can replay a few times if u want? Having to do the same thing hundreds of times over for 5 sec of, most of the times, meaningless dialogue is ... a crime
@@Lilian040210 the thing is the fun comes from the runs themselves , and depending on what you go in with and what you get each run feels completely different, the story things are more of a nice bonus your also most of the time running though multiple peoples stories at once
I loved their banter will fighting too Hades: “Your mother has already coddled you” Zag: “last i checked, princes are supposed to be coddled” Hades: “Thank you for the information” Zag: “You are most welcome” It needs not be said that sarcasm still permeates their conversations.
one of my favorite lines of short banter was when i bought Zag's portrait and Zag says "It's my princely duty to commission a portrait of myself!" and Hades going "I ought to name you Narcissus instead" CRACKED ME UP LMFAO😭😭😭
I'm not sure if they ever changed this, but Skelly's summon can actually be used before the others get authorization I don't think Hades even knows he technically works for his house...
I didn't even know about the aithorization until I got it because I only ever used skelly's (my first companion) and bouldy. I was confused when I got the authorization because I thought I always have been able to use summons against him

Aren't they just putting on a show at that point? You know, so the other gods don't get suspicious if Zagreus stops trying to escape? Heck, even after the whole family makes up, Hades has still got to keep up appearances. Can't be seen as weak by the help and all.

Hades actually has multiple lines for each companion. If you summon bouldy enough times he'll eventually get really annoyed.

This is correct, skelly was my first ever summon and I used him against hades BEFORE getting authorisation

You need to forge a bond with Hades, then he will grant you authority to use any of the companions against him.
