      Take the same idea and copy it with H&M - make tenfold what this red hed will be doing from the word "go".
      Where was all the "How are you protecting your business ?, Whats to stop me from starting my own little loop myself"
      Watch H&M and many others start the same business and drown the original.

    • @naba3719
      @naba3719 Год назад +1

      Not sure how it was clever. She's given away double the equity. With one dragon it would've opened a gateway of contacts and sales she very much needed. And would've been able to stretch that initial 70,000 pound like it was 140k anyway with the guidance of a dragon. Asking for twice the money was overkill.

    • @BlueBeam10
      @BlueBeam10 Год назад

      First class trip is more sustainable because you pay more. Private jets can be more economic than other means of travel depending on the distance and the number of person on board.

    • @9k49
      @9k49 Год назад +3

      @@celestinetoussaint6350 it’s not about being “perfect” it’s about consistency. I don’t know enough about Deborah to comment on her but there are LOADS of celebrities who preach about the environment while taking private jets left, right and center. It’s hypocrisy

    This pitch was only a few months prior to the Rent-the-Runway IPO, so here's how that went: $RENT IPO'd at $21, and closed down 8% on its first day. A year later, it now trades under $5 and has a market cap under $250 million. It is not profitable.
    If a company as well capitalized as RTR can't make it work with high-end clothing (which is more durable, less disposable) its highly unlikely that you can make it work with kids clothes.
    Little Loop is still going, little useful public information is available. Good luck to Charlotte, extremely tough model.

  • @SandraRees
    @SandraRees 2 года назад +3

    There's always low income families desperate for kids clothes, why must everything be turned into a business and please give it a rest on the bloody climate crisis.

    • @hearmenow909
      @hearmenow909 2 года назад

      People on low incomes can save money with these schemes. If you listened she said you can get £600 worth of clothing for £200 a year. Outside of that, there are many clothing charities that help people if they cannot afford to buy clothes. Why don't you give up your job, and fund clothing for low income families? Let us know how you get on financially when you're up and running.

    Trust me, look online, ebay or anywhere, there are bags of designer clothes to buy for very cheap from parents, I don't understand this. I guess it sounds better but in this you are actually committed to getting the clothes, buying them you are not and are in charge. Secondly, 600 pounds worth of clothes for 200 pounds. Yep, thats at 49.99 for a little knitted jumper and other insane-priced clothing, you won't get much for your 200.00. Thats where shopping around comes in to play and buying individually and when you want. I can get 5 times more of exactly the same clothing items for my 200,00 as you will with this company.
    She is nice, but that's my views, no view on her other than she is nice and I actually wish her success.

    How many monthly subscriptions does a person need and can afford in their life .. this is a bad idea . People that need this service can't afford the subscription and people that can effort it don't need to they just buy the cloths

    • @9k49
      @9k49 Год назад +2

      The monthly subscription is £18 a month, so £216 per year. A guardian survey showed the average parents spends £764 per year on their children’s clothes.
      This is definitely financially worth it for parents. Children grow quickly and need lots of clothes replaced frequently
