Was in Troon for the first time on Saturday, lovely day down the front. The wee Hurrie was stowed out! Fab video 😊

There were photos in FB of the camping field, I was over run. The shops in Troon must have done well.

Mac I watch you from Dalry in North Ayrshire ( not St John’s Town of Dalry in New Galloway - don’t want you to get mixed up there lol) just wanted to say that myself ( Billy ) my partner Jean and Bru my 2 year old Border Collie dog love to watch your videos of your camping expeditions throughout Scotland. We love watching you & Morag she’s a lovely dog 🐶 by the way . I have just tried Chicken Patia Curry from The Torranyard Tandoori which is an Indian restaurant next to a caravan site on the A736 road between Irvine & Barrhead . It’s located just outside Irvine comes under Kilwinning parish . It’s got a website. It is a very good curry I loved it it’s the first time I’ve tried that particular curry dish and I really enjoyed it. Thanks for letting me know about that dish on your videos. Take care.

Thanks Billy, I will add that one to my list, and give it a try if I can find somewhere nice to park for the night. Morag says hello.

Talking with people in general, they are unhappy with the comment that the government are making and concerned for their future. I feel that things could get nasty if government policies have a negative impact on the older population.I am being polite.

When I was a wee wain I went to Glasgow for a few months. Lost my passport the day before I was to fly home, so had to get the ferry from Troon! Enjoyed some time on the shore.
    Great video as always

That sounds like a Lanark wind! The curry sounded very enjoyable, I had chicken jalfrezi from the S.C., delicious and hot, freezer running low so next order in the planning. Looks like Morag aware of the seasonal shift, my cats have made their way back to my bed, definite sign of their heat seeking antennae, problem is I don't need the anchorage nor their body heat! Great video Mac, just been paid so I will send you some coffees.

When I get back from my next wander I will give S.C. an order, their presentation looks excellent. The higher priced ASDA curry’s didn’t work out, I found them to be rather bland.
I have been working on recopies using a ridge monkey this week; you can make some startling stir-fry like recopies in them. I will try to work one into this week’s wander.
I don’t always make it up to bed but fall asleep on the settee watching the TV and end up being woken by Morag wanting out at 2 in the morning. Then when I do get settled Brendan sits on top of me for a heat and sticks his whiskers in my face to waken me up. Sometimes I forget that I am an animal lover.
I noticed that you mentioned the Bush in an earlier conversation and with Lanark having a strong Common Riding, are you into the horse world.
Morag and myself really enjoyed making this video and the speaking litter bins are classic.

@@wanderwithmac They certainly were, and I think children will like putting rubbish in to hear that so maybe it will help to stop littering if you get children young enough. I drive through Carluke often to go to work and there is a lady who walks most of not every single day from Braidwood to Carluke and she has bin bags and a grabber and she makes that part of the journey utterly immaculate and I feel like she's a community champion for caring about the area. No horses sadly in my life, just mainly cats now because am away 12 or 13 hour days which would be cruel to a dog, so sticking with 4 mad crazy fur balls. I often shop at Straiton because if I shop locally I would be in the shop all day blethering and I like a journey but use the Elsrickle to Bush to Straiton journey or Hamilton for some shopping these days. Been to the vet school a few times in Bush as one of my cats has a hole in her heart, not that you would know it, she is the worst behaved of them all. I can't find your coffee link!

The name escapes me, but there is a hobby where you go walking and collect rubbish, I believe that it is very satisfying. At one time I did this round the village but the community payback team now do the occasional litter pick.
I have the same problem with shopping but get most of main food from ASDA home delivery, anything else I go to the Co-op 7 Miles away in Wigtown. Wherever you go down here you always meet someone from the village, I even got accosted by a dog from the village in Stranraer 40+ miles away.
Have you got the weekend off.

@@wanderwithmac Usually have to work remotely at weekend but my work laptop died a death on Thursday night so I have this weekend to do all that utter guff that you ignore all week like hand washing, paperwork for accounts, make a pot of soup, order food for the freezer, and hopefully watch some mind turning psychological disturbing series on Netflix etc. I love an excuse to lose myself for 8 hours with just the odd toilet break and to stick the kettle on! Hope you have a nice weekend planned 👍
