Day 1 of using this; I didn’t shift, however I was able to focus on my dr and only my dr without being disturbed for such a long time. I even felt motivated to shift, and when I didn’t my mindset was like “well, I still shifted to a reality closer to my dr, so it’s okay. I’ll get there soon.” Also I dreamed more clearly and I remember every detail, and I felt like I had a bit more control (like I was more aware that I was dreaming then normally but still not like lucid). Will definitely be using this more!
