You and others like you need to sell this idea to the Ukrainians. Any river or stream puts the Russians into a state of panic. There are so many narrow bodies of water that a bridge or structure like this would allow the Ukrainians to cut the Russians off or encircle them or stat an attack in many other areas. Turn the water from a hindrance to an asset. I'd volunteer if I could be some use. I have other ideas for using the water to advantage.
